Would return in a heartbeat!
We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Kaya and I would return in a heartbeat. This was the first time we have not stayed at an all-inclusive in another country and I'm so thankful we took that leap. We took an approximate 20-minute taxi from the airport to Villa Kaya on Quarantine point, which Mia had arranged per our request. Mia, one of the managers, greeted us upon our arrival. As soon as you walk through the main door, you are greeted by well kept, lush grounds overlooking beautiful turquoise waters. We stayed in the Boathouse Villa, which was clean, modern and very comfortable. It has a large, covered balcony directly on the water's edge and we spent a lot of time there throughout the day and the night. It does have an outdoor shower, which I was hesitant about at first; however, I ended up loving it and it is very private. The Villa also had a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare a few meals and an outdoor gas grill. There is a small pool on the property with two loungers in the shallow water end which we used a few times. There are also a few loungers on the lower deck next to the water which I also used for sunning and reading. Even though there are 5 villas and they were all being used, we felt as if we had the property to ourselves! Breakfast was also a delight prepared by Agatha. We left every morning filled with delicious food like pancakes, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and a sweet treat. Housekeeping usually asked us if we needed anything during this time and was quick to take care of any needs.
Villa Kaya is in a great location with views of BBC beach. It is a very short walk, or swim if you are up to it. You can also walk to Grand Anse beach from here. The location is close to several restaurants; our favorite was the beach bar La Plywood. We also ate at Brisa Mar, Mount Cinnamon, and Umbrellas. The grocery store is very close, so we walked there and taxied back with our groceries on our first full day.
My only recommendations would be to have a coffee pot in each room or one in the reception area as breakfast does not start until 8:30am. Also, there should be a place to fill our refillable water bottles we brought from home throughout the day such as the reception room as the one in the breakfast area gets locked up after 10:30. I would also say like others, if you have mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs, so this is probably not the place for you. However, we loved Villa Kaya and cannot wait to return here and to the beautiful country of Grenada

Top-Tier Hospitality and Breathtaking Views
My stay at Villa Kaya was truly exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was top-tier, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and a great way to start each day. The views were breathtaking, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable.
What stood out most was the wonderful staff, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The villa was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway, and I would gladly stay here again.

Villa Kaya is home away from home! This was our first time in Grenada and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay - it truly was paradise. Villa Kaya has all the charm - it’s beautiful, clean, easy to get around from and the staff (now friends!) are out of this world. I cannot recommend staying here enough - you’ll leave already planning your trip back! Special shout out to; Nordia, our friendly host for always being around to chat and laugh with; Agatha, for the warmest good morning and a lovely breakfast every day; and Kelen, for being the smiliest face around!!!

Wonderful stay! Very boutique and intimate. Super relaxing, clean. Staff is attentive and professional. The rooms are incredible, bed is comfortable and the view from the room was out of this world. Loved direct access to the water along with snorkel gear. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Total bliss, from the moment you arrive and sit under the pergola in the middle of a lush green garden for chech-in, to getting to your large beautiful room and looking out over the turquoise ocean. There‘s a cool beach with little restaurants 5 min away, if you ever want to leave your room!
