Excellent hotel in Volos

Perfect hotel. We only stayed for one night on our way to Skopelos, but it was enough to leave an excellent impression.
The staff were incredibly warm — they even allowed us an early check-in after a long trip, which was such a relief and made our stay even better. The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better: right on the waterfront, directly across from the port — ideal if you’re catching a ferry.
Breakfast was excellent (and starts at 6:30 am — such a bonus!), and the hotel offers private parking for a small fee.
Overall, it’s a well-kept hotel with friendly, professional staff, fair prices, and probably the best place to stay in Volos. We’d happily return anytime.

Cheap and unkempt

The website suggests a stylish and modern hotel. Reality is different. We had booked a junior suite and wanted to stay 3 days. Thank Zeus we were able to cancel. We left the next day. The suite was uncomfortable and very small, had no closet or chest of drawers. All cheap. No pictures. Two bright lights. In the bathroom no shelves or hooks for towels. Walls banged up.
Breakfast horribly with black purée which was called coffee. Fruit inedible ...
This hotel is not recommended!

They charge the coffee during breakfast

The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff are quite helpful and the location is good. The rooms, however, are small. My room basically did not have a desk where I could set up a computer. The most serious problem with this hotel, though, was the breakfast. They served some of the worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel. There was a machine that dispensed only a murky coffee that was undrinkable. And if you asked for any other kind of coffee, they charged you. Unacceptable. The rest of the breakfast was below average. The pitchers containing the water were dirty, and there were impurities floating in the water.

Perfect Stay in Volos

We recently stayed at a hotel in Volos, and it was without a doubt the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely perfect – warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. We even received a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
Traveling with our dog was no issue at all – in fact, he was treated like a VIP guest! It’s rare to find a place where pets are not just allowed but truly welcomed with open arms.
The cleanliness was impeccable – every corner of the hotel sparkled, and our room felt fresh, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was also perfect – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right.
Everything from the service to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. If you’re visiting Volos, this is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Well located

We had a family room which worked well - a double and a twin room and shared a bathroom. We were just over night to get the ferry. The room was very clean and the hotel well located. Our only complaint would be the smell of smoke everywhere. It is a non smoking hotel but the smell of smoking came in through the air con from the court yard and was so strong it woke me up in the early morning. It is a shame as other than that this is a good little hotel and much quieter than I thought it would be. The breakfast was also fine so overall good value if you don’t mind the smell of smoking!
