Magnificent view
First of all, it is not a suitable hotel for the disabled people, elderlies and those with walking difficulties. The hotel is reached by a steep slope and several stairs. Also the rooms in the hotel can be reached by stairs. Rooms were clean, tidy and towels were in hygienic packages. Kitchen equipments were sufficient. There are equipments such as coffee machine, kettle, and coffee pot. The balcony of the room is large and the view is magnificent. Employees are friendly. There is no lobby, waiting room, etc. in the hotel. The hotel owner is accessible as they live there. Since the hotel is located in a natural environment, you can see flies, insects and ants. We found a large cockroach in the bathroom. We ignored this situation as the cleanliness of the hotel is sufficient and it may be due to the open balcony door.

Best in Kokkari
This is my 3rd visit to Kokkari and my first visit to Studios Loukia and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased! The patio and view are the best in the area and the room itself is a step above most in the area. Everything is new, freshly painted and modern tiled, actually has a small bathtub/shower which is unusual for a self catering room in greece. The owners are a sweet young couple who are extremely attentive to any questions you might have about the area and were sweet enough to meet our taxi and carry our suitcases from quite a ways away from where we were dropped off by the taxi. Yes there are several steps but wasn’t too difficult for these 51 year olds! As far as cats that have been mentioned in other reviews,....welcome to Greece! Every island I’ve been to has had an over abundance of cats. They have never been a problem except for feeling bad for them. Thank goodness many people do feed them.

Gem in Kokkari
We're on a month of island hopping around Greece. This is a lovely studio, modern and nicely proportioned. It even has a sofa! However what makes it stand out from the opposition is the veranda and the view. It's gorgeous.

Loved every minute
We have been in Europe for 6 weeks visiting England, Ireland, Norway, Amsterdam and 3 Greek Islands. This was the highlight of the trip for me. Situated above the bay, access to the restaurants and shops was easy and the view was amazing. Theodore was very helpful, coming to the carpark to guide us to the unit at 10.30pm. Every night we had dinner just a few metres from the sea. Kokkari is a charming village and Studio Loukia is the place to stay. I didn't want to leave.

Great position
This accommodation is selfcatering and right in the centre of town, about 30 metres above the water. It is run by the very nice grandson of the owner. The roads in the town are hard to get around, but there is an area quite close where you can park your bike or car. Just be aware that the whole town is overrun by feral cats so you have to be careful where you walk.Was a great place to spend a week.
