Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly pleased to hear that you appreciated our excellent location by the sea and the kindness of our staff.
Regarding your comments about housekeeping, we would like to kindly clarify that, as a 2-star hotel, our cleaning schedule follows standard hospitality practices for this category. Linens and towels are changed every 4 days or sooner upon request when possible. Our housekeeping team works within specific morning hours, and since your room was vacated around 11:00–12:00, this was already near the end of their shift, which may have limited their ability to service your room on those particular days.
Our staff always strives to meet guests’ needs, and we would have been happy to arrange an extra change of linens or towels if informed during your stay.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, which helps us continue improving our service. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for an even more enjoyable experience.
Best Regards

Great location, but service could be better
We booked 2 double rooms and 3 triple rooms directly by email, but upon arrival we were informed that the hotel only had double rooms available. The two options we were given were: to add an extra bed in the double rooms or to take our deposit back and find another place. As a large group with kids, changing accommodation last minute was not really possible, so we chose the extra bed option. This was a compromise, as the rooms are quite small and adding another bed left very little space. Initially, they wanted to charge us for triple rooms, although they were doubles with an extra bed, but in the end we managed to reach an agreement and they offered us the double room rate plus a 10% discount for the inconvenience. That solution was fair enough.
What was disappointing, however, was the cleaning service. Out of 8 nights, our rooms were cleaned only twice. We would leave in the morning for the beach, return around midday for the children’s nap, and then go out again in the afternoon – in total, the rooms were empty for 6–7 hours a day. Even so, the staff claimed they could not fit cleaning into their schedule.
Another unpleasant experience was on our last night. A young tall receptionist knocked very loudly on our door, visibly upset, and spoke to us in a very rude, almost aggressive manner, saying there had been a complaint that our 2.5-year-old child was crying too loudly. While we understand it can be disturbing, we believe this is not the right way to address customers – especially families with young children. This is not an adults-only hotel, and small kids sometimes cry; it’s part of the experience, and requires patience, not hostility.
Parking is also an issue: for a four-story hotel, there are only about 6 parking spaces available. Finding a spot on the street is extremely difficult, as the resort is very crowded.
On the positive side, the renovated rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hotel itself is clean, and the location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and many tavernas.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. With some improvements in management, cleaning service, and staff attitude, this hotel could be a great choice in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and for your elaborate review. We truly appreciate your stay and your feedback, as it helps us clarify a few important points for all our guests.
Our housekeeping team always respects guests’ privacy and only enters the room for cleaning or garbage removal if the guest permits it and is not present at that time. As this is a 2-star hotel, please note that linens and towels are not changed daily, but every three-four days, in line with the standards of this hotel category.
Regarding your comment about the noice incident, it was not a reproach from our behalf but a notice. We want to assure you that our hotel has always welcomed families and children during our 20 years of operation. However, we kindly remind all parents that, while children are always welcome, their well-being and behavior are under parental responsibility. During your stay, we unfortunately received multiple complaints from nearby guests about prolonged crying and loud noise early in the morning, which disturbed their rest. As a result, our staff had to step in to address the issue so that all guests could enjoy their vacation in comfort. We undestand that kids and infants are a part of a family's vacation but they shoudn't be part of other guest's vacation too.
As for parking, our hotel policy is completely transparent. We provide free parking space in front and on the side of the hotel for around seven cars, as well as four nearby municipal free parking areas within short walking distance. However, we do not and have never advertised reserved parking spaces — a common situation even among higher-category hotels in the area.
We hope this clarifies the situation and that you understand the reasoning behind each point. We always strive to offer a pleasant and fair experience for all our guests and appreciate your understanding.
Best Regards

Very noisy morning wake up call

Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for your kind words about our clean rooms and friendly staff — we truly appreciate that.
We’re very sorry to hear that your stay was affected by the renovation works. Please note that all guests were informed prior to their arrival about the refurbishment process and were given the option to cancel free of charge or receive a discount if they chose to continue with their booking. The works were scheduled to start later in the morning, but due to external contractors, there were unfortunately a few early starts during your stay — something we deeply regret.
Regarding the air conditioning, we appreciate your comment. We are currently reviewing the positioning of units and drainage systems as part of our renovation plan to improve comfort for future guests.
We’re grateful for your understanding and patience during this transitional period. Once the refurbishment is fully completed, we would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a much quieter and more enjoyable stay.
Best Regards
