Highly recommend

Just checked out of a wonderful week of holiday for our family of 4. We wanted somewhere comfortable clean with pool and near beach which is exactly what we got. Via pedestrian walkway beach is less than 3-4 min away. Everything is spotlessly clean. Atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Family running the hotel all very hard working capable people with great deal of hospitality.
Unexpected good bits: the vibe is laid back, friendly, happy with soothing music (not blaring). The Aircon worked well for us. The double glazed sealed windows don't let in much bar noise (I'm a very light sleeper and had no issues on 1st floor bar side room).
Shops beach wonderful authentic tavernas all within a few paces but still very quiet and low key vibe at hotel.
Unexpected undesirable bits: no shampoo soap or conditioner was a surprise and was tricky to arrive late at night and not be able to wash hands after toilet. Hopefully helpful for others to know and be more prepared. Shop one block away.

Nice atmosphere by the bar area. Lovely food. Large room but tiny, dated bathroom

This hotel is around 20mins drive from the airport via taxi.
On arrival, we were offered a free drink at the bar, which was a lovely gesture.
Our bags were taken by Manos who was very warm and welcoming upon arrival.
The room was fairly large, outdoor area was good but the shower room let it down as it was tiny. Also, the toilet didn't look clean and I politely expressed my concern to Manos who called the cleaner straight away and she followed me to the room on the way back. The toilet was hygenically clean but just had some darker limescale which was sorted. No biggie.
However, after that Manos seemed quite moody with us for a few days, and then on and off during our holiday.
George and the other staff were all very pleasant.
The food in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there on the evening frequently. The beef stifado was the best main meal we had there. The food that is offered for starters was lovely but could do with better hot plates as the food could have been a bit warmer at times.
The location of the hotel is perfect. 5mins to the beach

Perfect!

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location! Less than 5min walk to bars / restaurants that front the beach. We went half board with jet2 & wasn’t planning on having many meals in as we like to explore but the food was so good that we had many more than planned - the moussaka was especially good & would recommend to everyone. The family suite was perfect for us, kids had a bed each & our balcony area was right by the bar so we felt involved in the evenings once kids were asleep. The Greek night was good fun with a live band. Good mixture of families / couples, most we met were returning customers & I can see why! We will definitely be returning. Returning guests are all so friendly and made our stay so fun, everyone sits together in the evening chatting to everyone. The staff were very friendly & Billy the bar man is so entertaining & enjoyed his very random music playlist! The hotel is really well looked after, saw the pool area cleaned / polished most evenings. Pool is super deep 2.6m in places which was fun! Cannot wait to book our next stay! *for jet2 customers the hotel is 25mins from airport but took 1 hour 40mins transfer - if you book direct with hotel they can sort transfers for you or consider paying for a private transfer

Nice and friendly

Couple of days left of our family holiday here.
We arrived after midnight and were greeted by Michael, we were quickly checked in and given a welcome drink at the bar which was nice. We were then taken up to our rooms suitcases carried up for us too.
We stayed in room 213. I've read the reviews about from from hell etc, We didn't see that at all. Very good shower and decent sized room with 2 sets of patio doors. Clean and modern too.
My only negative is the Aircon. The room has a separate bedroom within the room itself and one aircon unit in the main room and although close to the bedroom it never seemed cool enough in the bedroom for a comfortable night's sleep
A separate unit for both rooms would be ideal. That is the only negative.
Once you close the patio doors you don't hear a single noise from outside, Nothing. No issues with noise at all.
The hotel itself is nice and small. The staff are friendly and anything you ask for they from what I've seen will always try to sort out for you.
The food in the hotel is decent. We've only had evening meal a few nights as we like to eat out but what we've had has been nice.
BBQ night was the best!
No issues with sunbeds here.
Excellent location too, there's a little shortcut to the main strip along a dirt path to the side of the restaurant. 3 to 4 minutes and your at the bars and shops etc.
Would return.

Terrible hotel

Antique shower, toilet, and sink on one square meter. For one week, no bed made and no trash can emptied. Approx. 30 lounge chairs at the pool and only a few sun umbrellas, and most of those were broken. No shower by the pool. Breakfast: 7 days of exactly the same, meager selection. Dinner: you can choose between 2 dishes, which were lukewarm to cold. Conclusion: If this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, I don't even want to know what a 2-star establishment looks like. Disaster - once and never again.
