Beautiful Place!

Ritsa and Dionisis are wonderful hosts, the house is beautiful, lush gardens all around.
Great location, 5 min. walk to both Elios and Hovolo beach. Peaceful and perfectly clean!

Relaxing and pleasant stay
The studio was very clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Ritsa – she was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The accommodation was quiet and well equipped, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and small taverns was also a big plus. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend it!

Three in space of two
Sklavos studios is located in a fairly convenient position to reach the most beautiful beaches on the coast, such as Milia, Kastani, Panormos which are about ten minutes away. Neoklima studio area is very quiet, perhaps too quiet, furthermore the apartments are located in front of a poorly maintained field where unfortunately we also saw mice. Coming instead to the structure, the room assigned to us was really too small for three people, sold and paid as a host for three people when it was barely suitable for two; located on the ground floor with a very small outdoor space, so much so that if you sat at the table you couldn't move to get back into the room. The room we took for a week was really unlivable due to the limited space, a double room with the addition of a single bed. The spaces were so small that two of the three suitcases remained on the floor for the entire holiday with the clothes inside (creating further difficulty in movement) and the third suitcase was placed inside the very small wardrobe; furthermore there were no other support points.
The bathroom was tiny, without any support for the towels which we had to hang on the window handle. The shower was the real critical point: small, with the "shower head", if you can call it that, resting on the mixer so much so that during the shower you had to hold it in your hand, and in addition to only repairing a curtain which, no matter how much attention you had to pay, it still led to water leakage.
As far as cleaning goes, this was very superficial. The outside common area was messy with laundry waiting to be washed or washed waiting to be hung out lying strewn all over the yard.
The owner without any respect started the washing machine at 4/5 in the morning, disturbing us on the ground floor, near the washing machine, who inevitably woke up from the noise. Unacceptable on holiday.
Lastly, due to problems with the ferry we had to leave the structure a day early, the owner still made us pay half the amount of the night not used even though the other rooms of the structure were free so our early cancellation would not have made her lose certainly no chance of profit.

Beautiful place, quiet and nice.
We had a great week at Sklavos Studios.
With other family friends we book 4 apartments. All nice and clean.
Each appartment has table outside to eat or have breakfast, kitchen well equipped, room clean. Host Ritza is very nice.
Apartment is close to beach, market and restaurants but in a quite area of the village.

A small paradise on earth
A small paradise on earth
This was our first visit to the amazing island of Skopelos❤️
We just returned from this stunning place.
We stayed in Sklavos studios which are located in New Klima. We couldn' t find a better place! The location is wonderful for trips around the island. The beach is 150meters, the view from the terrace is amazing both to the green hills and also overlooking the sea. The beach and the small Port are at walking distance. The beach is with small pebbles. My husband was lucky with a great fish experience. The Port is also excellent for taking sunset photos. The place is quiet with unspoiled nature. Bird's singing will be the first thing you will hear when wake up in the morning. The garden is full with bright colored flowers and fruit trees. The feeling that you can pick up some oranges and lemons directly from the three was sooo nice! The price for the studio is low for all this paradise. And most of all Rica and Dionisii are the most remarkable hosts you can imagine. They will be happy to see you happy.
