Fabulous place to stay
We stayed at the Avaton Suites for our first time visiting Skiathos and what can I say… WOW! nothing was too much trouble and wanted to give a special mention to Eleni, what a woman! She is a credit to this hotel. Suites are spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is stunning. Hotel cats were a bonus as they loved greeting you everyday. People mention the hill, yes it is very steep but you do get used to it and the view from the top makes it worthwhile. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill that takes you into town, €6 each way and there’s a shop at bottom also where you can get drinks, ice creams etc.

Great stay
We had an excellent stay in Skiathos. The hotel is well located, a 15-20 minute walk from the center. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff is pleasant and very attentive. We especially thank Eleni who gave good advice, was adorable, and organized a little surprise in the room for my partner's birthday. We will return with pleasure.

Wonderful staff and relaxing hotel!
I’m currently coming to the end of a 1 week stay with my two children (16 and 12). Our visit has been fantastic and made so relaxing by Eleni and her team (from booking transfers, restaurant reservations, taxis). Nothing is too much trouble to make your holiday perfect. First time I have fully relaxed in years! Towels provided by the pool every day and by your plunge pool. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels.

Skiathos Gem
Gorgeous hotel! Had a King Suite for our family which had a great view. Very comfortable and very spacious. Eleni and her team were very helpful, friendly and hospitable. Not too far from the main town with a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. We hired a car to explore the island which we thoroughly enjoyed. Skiathos is a lovely island which I'd love to return to ❤️

Highly Recommended
Absolutely fabulous stay at the Avaton Suites. Eleni and the staff are an absolute credit to Philean group, nothing was ever too much trouble, any problems were resolved straight away and you were always welcomed with a smile. Spotlessly clean everywhere, Breakfast was varied and plentiful and even though pool area quite small, did not impact on our stay at all. The suite was lovely, kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning staff with a fabulous view. Again massive shout out to Eleni, who was fabulous. Highly recommend a stay here
