Good 2 stars.

All right studio apartments. The beds were very tough. Just a kettle, so no way to cook, should have a microphone.
Was very clean.
Going up from bus stop 3 is not so steep, in addition the best shop is located at that bus stop.
Had an apartment at the bottom, there was the grid with lock on the veranda, then did not need AC.

Had to change hotel because of Billy

We were 6 women in their mid-20s who traveled on a quiet vacation to Skiathos to relax swimming. From the very first moment it was clear that the host was unserious and aggressive which was very unpleasant. The host lives in the hotel himself and he often has the door open and walks around the hallways so you feel like you get very little privacy, especially since the host uses every meeting in the hotel space to whisper (e.g. to go up the stairs, not open the window into the room or not to close the door again silently). You generally get the impression that it is very inconvenient for the host to be there. We were strictly adhered to in all the rules and he showed us how he wanted us to close the door, which we tried to follow, but which was not good enough for the host. The host also said that he had seen on surveillance cameras that we had closed the door too hard. It all peaked when we lost the key to the safe, which we were willing to pay for as it was our fault, but the host whispered at us and refused to open the safe. We had to contact the travel agency for help with this. We ended up having to change hotels because we simply didn’t feel safe at Billy and didn’t want to be fucked up several times a day. When we left it was clear that the remaining guests in the hotel also had bad experiences and wanted to leave the hotel.

Billy's House

Very simple and good accommodation, close to bus stop no. 4 which goes to all the nice beaches and 5 minutes walk to the shopping street. Close to the store and ATM.
Got cold at night but there were blankets.
I think we stayed in the 7th which had a balcony but unfortunately no nice view.
Roosters crowed nearby all night and very hilly road up to.
Billy was amazing! However, I missed a little that there was no hot plate. Kettle and fridge are available.
Can really recommend the place if you want to stay simply.

Billys Hotel is a very simple hotel, but clean.

We stayed there for 7 days in June 2023, it is neat and clean and tidy with cleaning every day. The room has a small kitchen and is not suitable for cooking. Two days without cold water and one day without hot water. The hotel is located in a country zone with chickens and goats, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We won't go there again.. Too bad Billy..

Family-feeling during your stay in Skiathos!

Billy is glad to have you and you can feel it. He gives excellent service and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are simple and clean. The location is very good with quiet environment at closeness to Skiathos town, Megaliammos beach and the bus stop. This is a perfect choice for the travelers who wants a small quiet hotel, with not to high standard on the rooms except for them to be clean. You will have a good holiday here and Billy is the reason for that.
