Rooms were big 2 floors but our aircon didn’t work which let the room down as it was very hot in July we had to leave our balcony doors open which we thankfully had
Our 2nd room didn’t have a balcony & it was like a sweat box

DO NOT STAY HERE — WORST CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD
I would give Kyma Perissa Apartments ZERO STARS if I could.
Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:00 PM, and as you can see from my photos, the previous guests were still in the room and it had not even been cleaned. The room was an absolute mess and clearly nowhere near ready for a new guest.
I immediately called the number on my reservation. The man I spoke with told me to wait because he would send the cleaning staff to start cleaning the room. This was already AFTER the official check-in time. Considering the condition of the room, it looked like it could easily take another couple of hours before it was actually ready.
I was staying for ONLY ONE NIGHT. Being expected to wait until possibly 5:00 PM or later to get into a room that should have been ready at 3:00 PM is completely unacceptable.
But the worst part was how I was treated when I complained. When I told the man on the phone that this situation was unacceptable, his response to me was:
“GET THE OUT. YOU EITHER TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT OR FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.”
I have traveled extensively and stayed at countless hotels and apartments, and I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from a property.
A delayed room is already bad enough. Mistakes can happen. But speaking to a paying guest this way after failing to have the room ready at the advertised check-in time is absolutely unacceptable.

NO-PEOPLE HOTEL
Unfortunately, our stay was not satisfactory at all.
Initially, the owner's behavior was unacceptable. We called just to ask what time the room would be ready, as there was no one at the accommodation and all communications were done by phone. Instead of a simple and polite answer, he spoke to us in an intense tone and shouted on the phone. This behavior was particularly unpleasant and certainly not appropriate for customers.
Regarding the accommodation, the pool was dirty both inside and around it. Furthermore, there wasn't even one umbrella, resulting in virtually no possibility for anyone to sit outside and be protected from the sun. It didn't even have a shower for health reasons. Also, the towels and sheets were all stained.
The room was relatively good, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. In the bathroom there were many salts, which overall gave an image of poor cleanliness and maintenance.
Overall, our experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it and I personally would not choose to stay at that accommodation again.

There was no knock or warning before entering an occupied guest room. This was a serious lack of privacy and completely unacceptable.

The power went out our last day. The pool closes at eight. I feel like it should stay open longer. Housekeepers cleaned the room everyday. This was a plus. Staff was friendly very helpful.
