Bad service

If you have a delay do to weather conditions, they are not helpfull at all, and they will charge you full tariff. They dont even answer by phone your requests keep passing the ball to someone else. Wasting time.

Very good suites

The suites were excellent. Everything you could ask for. We had the suite to the front of the building opposite the souvenir shop. Unfortunately we booked on the day as we had to move accommodation from a remote part of Santorini. The suite did not receive the sun all day where hot tub was. The terrace off the bedroom kept the sun but huge wall was our view.

Loved the hot tub! Amazing value

We loved our Easter Week stay! Modern, clean, beautiful lighting, everything you need! Owner responded immediately to any questions in a friendly and generous manner.
Hot tub was gorgeous temperature and a massive hit with our 9 year old. So relaxing. Little exposed at the front of building but so are the ones on the caldera! Floor up from street level.
Location was great for exploring the quiet lane ways into the centre (10min slight uphill). No need to walk on road. Little shop and take away coffee couple doors up with fresh pastries for breakfast too.
Big free car park 3min walk away if you have a car or sometimes spaces out front.

Comfortable rest

The accommodation is in a very good location, you can get to the center with an uphill walk of 10 minutes. The staff is nice.
The maid cleans very nicely. The bed is good, the private jacuzzi, the kitchen is very practical. Air conditioned. I didn't miss the panorama.
