Wonderful and Cosy!

A wonderful, lovingly complex with very beautiful apartments. You can really see the attention to detail here; everything is perfectly prepared, from the beautiful rooms, to the stunning sea view and the cosy seating area on the terrace, to the super-soft bed linen. The family are extremely friendly and do everything they can, to make your stay as lovely and comfortable as possible. There are sockets by the bed, air conditioning and a TV, though I didn’t need either. There are plenty of lights and a decent bathroom, as well as a small, well-equipped kitchen. And the Wi-Fi works brilliantly. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay.
I highly recommend this property.
The sea is just a minute’s walk away via some steps, there is a private car park right outside the door, and a beautiful garden to enjoy.... ! Thank you for this wonderful stay here with you.

Perfect spot

We have now visited Votsalakia four times over the past 13 years. Each time we stayed in different hotels and accommodations. This year (September 2024) we chose Tiki Rooms and our two week stay there was perfect. I will not describe the accommodation as all the information is available online. Our room (5) was on the ground floor facing the sea but since there is a slight incline up to the building and then a few steps up to the door of our room the view out to sea was not blocked. The kitchen was the best equipped of any we have had in all our many years of travel in Greece. Our hosts, Elizabeth and her family, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Anyone visiting Votsalakia could not do better than staying at Tiki Rooms.

Best vacation in samos

We stayed in samos every summer for 10 years. And this one is the best. View of our balcony was so nice i would not ever forgive for a lifetime. Owner of 'tikirooms' was Elisabet and she is a nice lady. We are pllaning to stay there in next summer.

Η τοποθεσία, τα διαμερίσματα, η θέα, ο κήπος και το βασικότερο οι ιδιοκτήτες Ελισάβετ και Παρασκευάς είναι όλα υπέροχα. Η καθαριότητα και η εξυπηρέτηση άψογα και ο κήπος είναι ένας μικρός παράδεισος. Υπάρχουν επίσης δύο κουκλίστικες μασκότ, η Χιόνα και η Τικη.
