* Hard to find: If you don't know Karlovasi, it is very difficult to locate. We ended up lost in a dusty carpark. They need to give better directions.
* Overpriced: I booked way back directly in February for July 4th–8th, and it took a lot of pushing and pulling just to get a price match. With on line price, It is still way too expensive for what they offer. Price should reflect customer service, but it didn't.
* Poor service: They only left us one bottle of water for a 4-day stay. Instead of leaving enough coffee pods, I had to call the manager, Elli, every single day to ask for more. She was also often hard to reach by phone..
* Terrible Wi-Fi: The internet did not work inside at all. I had to go out onto the patio every time I needed to connect.
* Missing basics: The kitchen has no frying pan and minimal cooking utensils. No mosquito plug-ins or coils were provided.
* Awkward layout: There is no couch inside. To watch TV or lounge, you have to sit on the bed. Also, you have to physically move the bedside table just to open the wardrobe door to access the safe.
* Damp walls: The apartments were built only two years ago, but there is already noticeable rising damp on the walls in both the bedroom and living area.
* The garden vs. heat: While the garden is beautiful, nobody wants to just sit outside and stare at it during the scorching heat of June, July, and August.

Good location, nice accommodation
After the check-in went wrong (on arrival we could not get to the room because we had not received a code) we got an upgrade to an apartment after a week. The room and the apartment were fine. The kitchen was well equipped. Only the closet space in the first room was a bit small. In the apartment it was better. Shower head was a small hand sprayer, which could be a big round but certainly enough pressure on the water. For the rest definitely recommended! Close to a nice center with lots of food and drink options.

Peaceful location, beautiful spaces and great service!
Our stay at these apartments was excellent. They are located within walking distance to the town square, shops, cafes, restaurants, taxi service, and a local bus stop. It is actually a short and nice walk (1.5km) to the beach and port if you don't mind walking. This is a new property, and everything is exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. I especially enjoyed the peaceful location as this property is not situated on a noisy or busy street. We booked a three-bedroom apartment with our friends. All three bedrooms had complete privacy with their own bathroom and facilities, and an exit door, yet we were able to share a full kitchen, dining area, and furnished patio garden. Although our trip was off-season, the weather was great with sunshine and comfortable temperatures. The concierge provided us with lots of information and even booked some reservations for us at an amazing tavern! We can't wait to come back. Thanks for the great service.

Beautiful.
A beautiful complex of apartments 5 minutes away from the port of Karlovasi. Quiet area close to supermarket, pharmacies, gas stations and many shops. Clean space, modern with many amenities and comfort. In our apartment had a garden which was really beautiful.The responsible very polite and helpful. I think it's one of the best accommodations you can find in Samos.
