Simple but perfect for us!
If you are looking for the simple, slightly spartan Greek, this accommodation is perfect!
Simple rooms with single beds, some household items such as glass plates and cutlery (but the owners told us to tell them if we were missing something)
We lived in two rooms, where one bed was in the kitchen and the others in a bedroom with a sliding door in between.
The only downside was that the AC was in the first room (the kitchen), so we had to run it for a while to get some coolness into the bedroom.
Small pool there never seemed crowded when we were there.
We wanted a terrace and ours was large and located at the back where only the owners themselves were the nearest neighbors (room 23), quiet and nice! Most of the other rooms were right next to the pool if you wanted it.
Cleaning Tuesday and Saturday, we thought that was enough! But as you know.
A bit of a walk from the main road, but there is a path as a shortcut down to the beach / main street, great location!
We are coming back!

Pretty basic
Samos is still our favorite island
Especially the area in and around kampos.
Pretty quiet lovely sandy beach.
Fine affordable restaurants.
And friendly people.
Chris apartments was pretty basic.
There were no pans and the kitchen utensils were very limited.
Rooms were fine
Beds were also good.
The complex radiates little coziness.
All lights on the property and pool were off.
Only 2 large LED lights illuminate the site.
Air conditioning cost 8 euros per day.
The owner was very present on site.
Is a bit of a gruff man.
We ourselves have not been bothered by this.
Our stay was fine because we were away a lot.
Transfer is on the high road.
The path to the apartment is about 700 meters up hill.
You will not be picked up by the administrator.
For some, this has been an arduous Enterprise.
We will not be back in this apartment anytime soon.
Then a little more expensive next time.

Catastrophic
Worst hotel I have ever experienced with the worst hotel owners you can imagine. Verbal and physical threats if you ask for a clean towel on arrival or eg a working kettle the owners scream and complain, accuse the guests of old injuries
Sits and monitors and shouts at his guests if some talk to each other.
Wouldn't go back if someone paid me.

Worst experience of my life
Worst hotel I have ever experienced. The owners were exceptionally rude to many of the guests, screaming and accusing people of things when you ask them a simple question. Told (screamed) to several companies to leave their hotel, after asking for a clean room or clean towel upon arrival… After threatening us both verbally and physically we packed and leaved. Wouldn’t stay here again even if someone payed me. Don’t go near this place.

Worst nightmare
We stayed here, or at least, thought we would stay for a week. 2 women and 3 kids. Were thrown out because the manager was a total disaster. My kids took a swim during working hours. And he threw us out. He should not even run a bed and breakfeast. I have never been close to anything like this
