Stunning location

What a stunning location! I will never get bored of waking up and seeing the breathtaking view of the mountains and sea around Sami, of course made famous by Captain Corelli's Mandolin. The hotel itself is on the road out of Karamavolos, which is about a thirty minute walk from Sami. The walk is lovely, with yachts and restaurants lining the enclosed sea.
The hotel itself had the most amazing owners, who were lovely and would do anything for you. We went there to celebrate my Wife's 40th birthday and they laid on a cake and gave her flowers.
The hotel had an amazing pool that overlooked Sami, and served a decent continental breakfast every morning. The rooms were clean and tidy with air conditioning, without being anything too luxurious.
If you are expecting five star luxury, this is not the place, but if you want a good value, clean hotel in an incredible location, then this is definitely recommended.
We already miss being there and wish we could go back. A beautiful place.

Contracted room 15 days sea view had room view parking. Deficiency of water impossible even to take a shower. Pisc

We booked a room for a stay of 15 days. The booked room had to be sea view. What a disappointment. The room assigned to me was parking view. The worst thing was the lack of water so that it was impossible to even take a shower. The underwear looked like glass paper. Not to mention the pool the water was so dirty you couldn't even take a bath.

Problems using running water that prevented us with shower and toilet. As for daily cleaning was regularly done and so the change of towels every 3 days. Another drawback was that I had also paid sea view room but it was not given to me despite having email exchanges with the Owner previously

Good potential

We have just finished our stay at this hotel. What can I say, a family-run hotel, the structure is certainly not new, it could do with a bit of updating, but it is well maintained thanks to a couple of Italian guys who work there, Davide and Sofia and who I thank for everything. I was saying the structure has great potential, it should be valorised better, it is located between Sami and Agia Effimia, away from the tourist chaos, facing the sea on a hill, very convenient parking, large rooms, practically, there were three of us, we had two rooms plus a bathroom (absolutely worth seeing again). Breakfast could be done better, the first two days definitely failed, then the owner began to personally take care of it and I must say that it improved, certainly don't expect 4/5 star breakfasts, but there was a bit of everything and good quality. In the end, however, we had a good time.

Not accessible at all

I only liked the view.
Everything else was against us...
The lady didn't even manage to climb uphill so she could present us the room! She gave us the keys and told us she could not go up. Imagine the elevation... Impossible for a wheelchair that I had told them I USE, on the reservation.
The room was remotely in the parking area and they admitted to us that they hadn't used it!
Imagine the distance, we didn't even have Wifi signal from the hotel.
I never even saw the pool and the breakfast area which I overpaid for because it has steps all the way.
I have asked for a refund and they refused.
Please stop these people from renting to disabled people... It's not accessible, not even for walking persons...
