Great accomodations

Everything was great, very confortable, very clean, very well equipped. Close to the beach and supermarket, nice hosts Nadia, we had everything we needed and it exceeded our expectations. Highly reccomend.

Pavloudis Apartments - August 2017

Just came back from 4 nights stay at Pavloudis Apartments, really great place for your summer trip in Halkidiki.
Psakoudia village has a large beach that is just few minutes away from the apartments. Also many great beaches are in close driving distance from Pavloudis Apartments, so if you are planning to have daily car trips to different beaches and taverns, this is a well situated starting point.
The apartments are kept impeccable clean, facilities, beds and balcony are perfect, there is a bakery just on the back and a large supermarket some 500 meters away.
There is also well-equipped Gym that Ioannis and his wife share with their guests, so if you are looking for place where apart from excellent studio/apartment you will also have a private Gym for a daily work-out - here you go, that's your place.
Highly recommended place for your Summer vacation in Halkidiki :)))

Great place to stay

If you decide to go to Halkidiki and cannot decide between the first leg (Kassandra) and the second (Sithonia), this place is a good comprise, as Psakoudia is situated half-distance between the two. Then, the place itself is excellent value for money and the quality of service equivalent to that of a hotel. The apartment is very well-equipped (including kitchen) and has a big balcony. Cleaning is done on a daily basis and sheets and towels are changed on a regular basis. The owners are very nice and always available. There is a car park on the premises, a nice bakery round the corner and lovely restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

I can not say one wrong comment about our stay. The room is to a very high standard. On our arival we where met by the owners. Our welcome pack of wine, water and fruit was much appreciated. During our stay the rooms where cleaned and fresh towels and bedding 3 times. The gym is fully equipt and my husband was very impressed. The location is perfect to tour the whole of halkidiki. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. There you will find some lovely places to eat and drink. If apartment had a star rating I would personally give this a 5. We will be back next year.

perfect stay

The perfect place to explore Halkidiki. The owner is always at your disposal to help and provide you with information about places to visit and many more. The apartments and surroundings are kept very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend the place to family and friends.
