Lovely stay, vegan friendly
Stayed for a week towards the end of the season so not so crowded. The hotel itself is fine - the room was spacious with its own mini-fridge and cleaned every day,. The bed was comfortable, air-con worked ok - all we needed for a room (not too bothered about decor etc).
The staff were amazing - Nikolas was always helpful and friendly on reception, and Maria and Angie were fabulous in the restaurant. We were a bit concerned before we travelled around food availability & quality, with my wife & I both being vegan. We needn't have worried - Demetrios, the chef, went out of his way to make sure we had a different meal option every evening and the quality of his food was excellent. This level of service went well beyond what we have experienced in other hotels.
The location is fine, a short walk to the nearest beach (which we preferred as there is a great bar nearly called Makai, also catering for vegans) or around 15 mins to the main beach. Loads of bars and restaurants dotted around - we spotted a couple offering vegan options - we really liked the place.
Overall, we had a lovely stay, made truly memorable by the fantastic staff and their overwhelming desire to make sure we were looked after, both with our food and other services. Whether they would have the time to do this at the height of summer when the hotel is no doubt much busier, I don't know, but for our stay in early October, they were absolutely brilliant.

Ok but could be better.
Location is great for bars , restaurants and the beach.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Benefits are free access to the Waterpark.
One main restaurant and one snack bar.
Food and drinks are ok, but depends on your taste , sometimes can be poor.
Sadly from a wheelchair aspect this hotel is outdated and not accessible, even after being told by TUI that it was suitable. Full credit to TUI in moving us to another suitable hotel.

Fantastic hotel
Arrived at planos hotel on 10th July, we got the most friendliest and warm welcome with a glass of wine and my 8yr old daughter got a mocktail, we got checked in straight away and got shown our room, we had a bowl of fresh fruit with a bottle of wine in our room which I thought was a lovely touch, the lady who showed us our room was so friendly & helpful, room was very clean, bathroom was spotless, we got supplied with fresh bottled water daily and rooms cleaned everyday. Food was amazing, spoilt for choice same with the fruit & deserts, all the staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to Maria who took the time to have a conversation with you, became familiar of what we drank, she’s so lovely. All the staff work super hard to make sure the hotel is spotless daily, chefs do a fantastic job with the food. Definitely be visiting next year, Thankyou so much for your kind and fantastic service, highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Apartments
We stayed here for a week mid Sept with our 8 year old.
We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find a lovely modern reception and received a lovely welcome from the girl on reception.
We were given a glass of Greek fizz and a mocktail for our wee one.
We paid 3.50 euro on hotel tax and the safe was 15 euro.
We had a one bed appt with a balcony overlooking the pool.
The first bedroom had a 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. There was a full set of dishes, and some pots and pans.
All suitable if you wanted to cook in the appt.
There was 2 single beds in either room which were fine for the week- a bit sore on the back - but expected.
The rooms were kept immaculate by the cleaner who replenished toilet rolls, linen, towels and bottled water daily, which was lovely.
We were bed and breakfast. The choices were great and quality was also good, although we didn’t attend every morning.
The bar prices were reasonable and the snack menu poolside was also really good.
The staff were a great bunch- fun, friendly, informative and had a genuine interest in the guests.
We spent most of our time at the beach but there was plenty of sun beds round the pool

The only negative if any was the singing voice of the rooster in the morning- no need to set an alarm, but it did make us laugh.
We would definitely return close to all amenities and very clean.

Great apartment, air con expensive
We stayed here for 5 days in Srptember. The apartments are very nice. Lots of space and really well laid out. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach and some great restaurants. They serve the most awesome cocktails for a very reasonable price. My only gripe is charging 10 euros a day for air con. That's really cheeky, and would stop me visiting for a longer period of time. Great place for a short break. Loved Tsilivi generally.
