BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!
I honestly don’t write reviews very often, but this place 100% deserves one, and I have a lot to say!! I’m not even done my stay and I’m that confident to review before it finishes…
I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years, and I’ve never had a host who went this far out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He picked me up from the airport, drove me to pick up my rental car the next day, and when I mentioned I was craving a matcha, he even took me to the café his wife recommended because she said it was the best one in town.
Any time I had a question, I’d message him on WhatsApp and he’d reply crazy fast. Not just with a one-word answer either. He actually took the time to help and make sure I had what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests.
When I got there, he detailed a map and circled all kinds of places to check out, restaurants, ice cream, beaches, sightseeing spots, you name it. It honestly felt like getting recommendations from a friend instead of just checking into a place.
The villa itself was spotless, super spacious, and had everything I needed. Toiletries, bottled water, coffee, espresso, sugar… even a real hair dryer instead of those tiny hotel ones that barely work .
The bed and pillows were really comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly the whole time, the A/C got the bedroom nice and cold (exactly how I like it), and it was so quiet at night.
The location was perfect too. It’s about a 10-minute walk into the main part of Parikia, so you’re close to everything without being right in the middle of all the noise. And the view from the balcony is gorgeous.
The only thing I can even think of is that a full-length mirror would’ve been nice for us girls … but honestly that’s me really trying to come up with something because I genuinely have zero complaints.
I was originally supposed to be meeting a friend here, but he ended up missing his flight, so I ended up doing most of the trip on my own. Honestly though, with all of the help, recommendations, and support from my host, it still turned into an amazing trip. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and I never once felt stuck or unsure of what to do.
What makes all of this even more incredible is that he was doing all of this while his wife was in Athens with a high-risk pregnancy and giving birth. Most people would’ve had every reason to be distracted, but he still made me feel like a priority. That really says a lot about the kind of person he is.
I only leave reviews when somewhere really stands out, and this definitely did. The amount of time and effort he put into making sure I had an amazing trip honestly blew me away. If I ever come back to Paros, I wouldn’t even look anywhere else, it’s Villa Trifylia, PERIOD!

Had a fantastic experience overall. We were picked up at the port, shown around the property and then given some local insider information about the island. All the tips were great and helped us find some restaurants, beaches and local flavor. The residence is very clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Nikolas was so friendly and helpful. He even drove us to port and a few other excursions: he told us never to worry about bothering him. It was a great personal experience in a quaint and quiet villa. A perfect place to stay.

Amazing stay! Nikolas was an exceptionally welcoming host to his property. We booked two villas and they were both very spacious and great to stay! A/C cold, parking on premise since we rented a car. He allowed us to do laundry as needed and met with us to give a map, recommendations for things to do and places to eat on the island. He checked in frequently and picked us up from the port. We were able to contact him at any given time as needed. We ended up having to call an ambulance because a person in the group became violently ill and he assisted us with calling and getting them there quickly. Without his assistance I am not sure what we could have done ourselves. His property is wonderful and he was the best host!! Would stay again for sure!
