Great rooms in the midst of Parikia

I was at Parosquare for the second time. The rooms are very centrally located in the charming town of Parikia. They are on the first floor. Downstairs, there is a door with a code entry. Each room is very nicely decorated and has everything it needs. Refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, comfortable bed, small bathroom. Room 101 is quite small, making it perfect for one person. I believe most rooms have a balcony.
There is no reception. My communication with the management was through WhatsApp and went smoothly. The room was cleaned upon request.

Walls are paper thin. You hear everything at anytime of the day or night.

While this was a lovely little room, it Is misrepresented on Expedia as An apartment with a kitchen. It is a tiny 200 square-foot room with no kitchen facility. The host was lovely and very apologetic about the misrepresentation. It was a nice modern room with a big balcony, which was great.
