Worse experience ever in Kalypso hotel Naussa Paros
I am an Australian citizen with two minor children. The hotel owner used discriminatory language, intimidated me, ordered us out without a refund, and warned me not to write about it. Police attended around 10:30 a.m. but told me to obtain a lawyer and attend the station. I remain inside the hotel and need consular guidance and this incident documented.”

This was the most distressing hotel experience my family and I have ever had.
After raising a concern during our stay, I was asked by the receptionist to meet the manager in a private office. The person waiting for me was the owner. During that meeting, I was verbally abused, told to “go back to your dirty country,” and warned not to dare write anything about the hotel.
I was travelling with my husband and our two children, and being spoken to in this manner was deeply humiliating and upsetting.
The police attended the hotel following the incident. Although Booking.com later provided a full refund and free cancellation, the refund does not change the experience my family went through.
I’m actually so disappointed more from the policeman he was indirectly telling me if I report the owner he will report me back I was so afraid and the policeman also told me even if I go to the police station I should have a lawyer! In a country that I know nothing about. He ruined my holiday as much as the owner I actually tried to call the Australian embassy in Athens unfortunately was closed because it’s Sunday.
They left me hopeless can’t do anything except I should leave never again to Paros
This review reflects my personal experience. I hope no other family has to go through what we experienced.i wish this could be documented anywhere and to be investigated to remove him from any platform

Paros trip
The rooms are fine and have corresponding nice views across the bay (if you ask for a sea view)
Staff are friendly and pleasant and the food is well prepared and tasty.
It’s an easy drive to the kite beach and a short walk into town for cocktails and dinner.
