Good location for the gorge hike and do early breakfasts. Just no hot water the night we stayed. Better in the morning.

A very good step

One-night stop to descend the Samaria Gorge.
The team is very caring.
The food is very good, and the breakfast perfect.
The rooms are simple but decent.
Only the bedding to be more comfortable.
A free shuttle bus drops you off at the foot of the gorge.
In short excellent step.

Very nice place. Ideal for hiking and resting

Small charming and very quiet hotel, just a few kilometers from the beginning of the Samaria Gorge.
The rooms are small, but very well equipped and very clean. Nice balcony.
The owners and all the staff are very welcoming and attentive.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
We rode our bike to Omalos from Chania. We slept in the hotel and went down the gorge the next morning.
A shuttle accompanied us from the gorges and came back to pick us up the next afternoon, after we climbed the gorges and picked up our bikes.
This place is just perfect to go hiking and spend peaceful and quiet times.

Room was basic but functionable. Dinner was ok. Had the moussaka for dinner it was ok on the small side for the price and a bit dry. Only stayed 1 night
