Not worth to stay

Although our reservation clearly stated that the room would be ready at 3:00 PM, when we arrived, the female staff member told us that the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait for about another hour. When we politely asked why the room was not ready on time, she responded in a very rude manner, raising her voice and telling us that we simply had to wait. This was certainly not a pleasant welcome.
When we were finally able to enter the room, we found that there was hair all over the floor and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and had to ask the staff to provide it.
The only advantage of staying here is the location. It is very close to the beach, and there is convenient parking available right in front of the property. Unfortunately, the welcome we received, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room, was disappointing. The entrance and the garden of the hotel were full of rubbish and litter, giving a very poor first impression.
For this price, it is very easy to find much better accommodation with cleaner facilities and more professional, respectful service. We definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Unacceptable

Our expectations based on the price of the room were met with disappointment!!!
You could find parking if you were lucky!
THE air conditioner was under-functioning and the worst of all was that throughout the day and night the water was freezing (because as the person in charge told us "there was no sun and they don't use the electricity")!!!
UNACCEPTABLE for such a touristic area and in such a touristic season!!! AGAIN IT'S A GOOD THING that our vacation was for a few days because *of course" we prepaid the accommodation!!!
Think carefully if you want to "close" there for your vacation!!!

Noisy location among constructions

The property is located in noisy growing construction area which starts from 6am till 5pm daily with no excuse for summer vacation period. There is no bbq area, kids playground and easy access to the beach. No cleaning was provided. Very slow internet. Overall shabby and crowded, can’t recommend.

I try to book an apartment, but after sending some emails with no reply, I decide to give a call. The big surprise here is that the number on the website seems to be wrong. Anyway...I’ll try again later on.
