Fantastic
Room excellent, beautiful bathroom and excellent kitchen including a washing machine.
Manager/owner is so friendly and helpful.
Location is on the beach, you couldn’t get any closer to the sea.
Beach bars are fantastic.
We visit mainland Greece every year and this is by far the best place.

Excellent value for money facing the sea in Nea Makri!!!
The room is very spacious and pleasant, with a huge picture window that brings in a lot of light and allows you to enjoy the sea view from inside. The rate is really very reasonable considering the location, the size of the room, and this immediate proximity to the sea.
Huge favorite for the Beach Club located right in front: magnificent setting, relaxed atmosphere, and true vacation spirit. It is clearly one of the establishment's great assets!
We also appreciated the little touches provided for having a quick breakfast (rusks, jam, coffee...), very practical for starting the day quietly.
We unfortunately did not have the opportunity to discover more of Nea Makri, but the little we saw of it pleased us a lot. We felt a family, local, and authentic atmosphere there, which contrasts pleasantly with more touristy Greek destinations. It is particularly pleasant for discovering a more authentic side of Greece, while remaining relatively close to Athens and the airport.
A few small drawbacks all the same: the lack of a balcony or terrace is a bit of a shame with such a location, and unfortunately the view of the sea from our room is partially blocked by the beach club. The presence of a metal sheet in front of part of the window also takes away a bit of charm from this superb opening.
Despite these few details, they absolutely do not spoil our general impression. Between the location, the large room, the sea, the Beach Club, the welcome, and the price, the value for money is truly excellent.
A very good address in Nea Makri that we recommend without hesitation!
