pleasant stay
Nice, clean rooms, properly ⁇ ined with amazing views, quiet and at the right distance from the port and the country. The island very well ⁇ ined. Friendly, polite and helpful Nektarios. We recommend the stay unreservedly.

Nice and convenient
Nice view from the balcony. The room was a little bit small for 2 persons and a big dog but we managed.
We stayed there for 3 nights. After the first day our room was not cleaned. We don't know why. So in total we get our room cleaned and garbage taken just once.
The owner could be reached by phone so we sendt him sms to ask about that. Also the pillows were to high for me. He came with lower pillows short time after the sms.
The beds were big. Two single beds put together. Bathroom was big enough and good space in the shower.
A little bit too rocky where you park the car but it is fine.
10 min walking distance to the town senter and to the beach. 3 min. Walking distance to nearest taverns and restaurants.

First of all thank you for choosing us for your valuable holidays. Your review is very important to us as we always try to excel. Regarding the negative comments we would like to clear some things :
- We are very proud about our cleanliness and pay the most attention to it. Based on the new laws for Covid we are not allowed to offer our services daily which makes us frustrated aswell.
- About size of your room we could have tried and given you a more spacious one if we had it on our request list
- We consider parking to be quite easy as there is plenty of space where we are located
- Last but not least, we are self catered apartments business which means reception is not neccessary but always at our guests disposal.
Overall we are sure you and your little friend enjoyed your time with us

an easy going noise-free holiday
Koufonisi (the large one) is a small island with beautiful beaches, crystal blue-green cold sea, easy to walk around or catch a boat to the various beaches.
Nice sea food, nice tavernas hooked up on the rock or by the beach or on the sand
Onar Studios is on the outskirts of 'chora'- the main 'town', quiet, and very respectable...
Nice balconies to sit outside with sea view, more than adequate kitchen to prepare whatever you wish, ample sleeping area and very clean

Great value and good location
2 of us stayed for 8 nights in a studio room. It was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels changed every 2 days.
The owner Nektarios picked us up and dropped us off at the port and allowed us to stay in the room til 3.30pm on our departure day with no extra charge.
Always hot water in the shower and we had a lovely view from our balcony across the bay.
WiFi not great and we could have done with an electric kettle and bedside table lamps to read in bed at night!

Nice place handy to everything
We stayed 4 nights and were picked up at the port on arrival. The place is about 500m from the port and a short walk to town. The room was split level and we had upstairs and our daughter was downstairs on a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable and the balconies made it a more pleasant space to stretch out. Negatives were i had to pay cash as he did not have card facilities, WiFi was shockingly poor and shower pressure was not great. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the owner kindly allowed us to stay to our ferry pickup which was late afternoon and he kindly dropped us off at the port with our luggage

Thank you for your truthful words. We try hard to evolve and better our family run hotel. WiFi is now fixed,as the water pressure and electronic payments :)
