Marianna pension in Nafplio - perfect place to visit
The place I A wonderful small hotel in the heart of Nafplio’s historic old town. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are charming, clean, and comfortable, but what truly makes this place special is the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The best location.
Immaculate service. The location has the best view of Nafplion. The breakfast served very good. Homemade pie, omelet, orange pie. I will definitely go back. Thank you very much.

Lovely place to recover from a day of Nafplion.
What a friendly welcome and very friendly people! The room was fine and certainly with the balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very, very tasty and fresh. And you can eat it on the roof terrace with a beautiful view. We parked at the fort.
Staff are very helpful. You feel at home there!

Perfect choice
Stayed 6 nights. All in all its a well run, good facility large pension on 4 levels. The property is superbly positioned allowing access from the top road or the narrow, cul de sac at its base. Car parking at top level was easy and free. Reception and breakfast terrace on top level with further rooms spread over the other 3 tiers. Lots of stairs so pack light. Room was well presented with king bed, tv and wifi. Bed sheets changed daily. Bathroom with good shower cubicle. Easy, 5 min walk to many bars and bistros. Harbour 10 min walk. Public beach is 10 min walk from reception but its rocky and can get choppy after 230pm. Breakfast was really enjoyable on terrace with substantial items.

INCREDIBLE - Family run pension by the Zotos brothers who treat guests like family - wonderful views of town
This pension sits high on the hill overlooking the historic and beautiful old town of Nafplio, immediately below an abandoned hotel near the walls of old castle walls. Everything about the hotel wax ex rational. We were in room #12 for 3 nights; this room has a table outside the door that overlooks the town and beautiful harbor. Guests are able to walk down the steps (many steps) to find many restaurants and shops. I’ve had 2 knee replacements and have some mobility issues, but with a cane and slow, careful walking, i was able to make the walk several tones a day. This hotel is a favorite of Rick Steves, and is where he has stayed many times. It is just what we were hoping for, a family run and welcoming pension. Note: we were confused about the location upon initial arrival becsuse the Marrianna is hidden just under the stone path opposite the abandoned graffiti hotel. We had a wonderful 3 night stay.
