Relax en el paraiso.
La ubicación perfecta al lado de la playa, en la montaña, paz y tranquilidad. Vistas al mar. Piscina. La anfitriona María encantadora siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Konstantinos encantador. Un paraíso. Es un remanso de paz y buena energía en un entorno natural muy agradable. Están en una zona mucho más tranquila que otros puntos más famosos y saturados de mykonos, con algunos restaurantes y una playa genial cerca a los que se puede ir andando. Los estudios son preciosos, están muy limpios y son ideales para descansar y desconectar.

Very poor stay
Possibly the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We know the host Maria loves to argue so we’ll be waiting for her reply. A positive is the location, 3 minute walk to the beach and the bed was clean. Our sink blocked up on our first day so we asked Maria if they could fix it. She proceeded to tell us we’d scratched the sink (which we didn’t do) and that we had to pay damages. Continued to blame us after we kept denying it even though they admitted to not having checked over the property before our stay. The cutlery and plates were all dirty, again the owner denied this. To finish it all off they ordered a taxi for us which we never asked for which we got in thinking it was our pre payed taxi and we had to pay again €40 at the airport. Maria was unhelpful, in complete denial that anything was wrong with her studios and just rude. She then proceeded to send a fine of €250 through Booking after we’d left which we appealed and was straight away then retracted by her.

Truffa ATTENZIONE - FRAUD WARNING !!!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia fidanzata d24 al 31 agosto. Appena arrivati mi hanno obbligato a cancellare la prenotazione da Booking.com per pagarli direttamente senza intermediari arrivo Maria e suo padre (i proprietari) minacciavano di lasciarci in mezzo alla strada, estorcendomi un extra di 180 euro circa. Il padre, un pescatore violento e pericoloso. Sempre ad urlare minacciosamente dicendo che avevamo il condizionatore sempre acceso, lamentandosi per il consumo di corrente elettrica, quando in realtà noi lasciavamo il condizionatore acceso solo di notte. Prima di arrivare in struttura avrebbero dovuto prelevare l’importo della prenotazione dalla mia carta mastercard, ma Maria diceva che la mia carta non funzionava, quando dopo due visite alla mia banca mi avevano assicurato che la mia carta funzionasse benissimo, in questo modo Maria mi ha teso la trappola per chiedermi di pagare all’arrivo in contanti, consigliandomi fortemente di portare parecchi soldi siccome a Mykonos diceva che potevo avere problemi a prelevare con carta. Era tutto architettato per spingermi a pagare all’arrivo facendomi però cancellare la prenotazione di Booking.com per non pagargli la loro percentuale. Su TripAdvisor ci sono altre recensioni simili di altri clienti truffati da Chaniotis. Alla fine della vacanza mi accusano di aver otturato le tubature del bagno siccome dicevano che nel bagno non avremmo dovuto scaricare carta igienica di ogni tipo, quindi inclusa quella per pulirai il sedere dagli escrementi, bensì secondo Maria dovevano essere buttati nel cestino dell’immondizia, in modo tale da dare ai suoi clienti l’opportunità di buttare i sacchetti pieni di carta igienica sporca nei bidoni dell’immondizia giù in strada dopo avergli dato l’occasione di odorare la fragranza della puzza in appartamento fino al momento di andare a gettare il sacchetto. Siccome io e la mia fidanzata ci siamo permessi il lusso di scaricare la carta igienica nella toilet frutto dei nostri bisogni, Maria e il padre 3 ore prima del nostro volo di ritorno hanno “improvvisato” in maniera sicuramente casuale di mandarci le foto del bagno intasato per obbligarci a pagare 350 euro di danni con la mia carta mastercard, che Maria ha ben evidenziato che io possedevo la carta quando prima del mio arrivo diceva che non funzionasse, invece in quel momento di estorsione ha funzionato alla grande e guarda caso avevano a portata di mano anche la macchinetta contact less per prelevare subito i soldi. Se non pagavo mi hanno detto: forget about your flight, we call the police... cheaters, truffatori e ladri, ATTENZIONE!!!!

Tranquillo
Siamo stati presso questa struttura durante le feste di Pasqua, con amici e bambini. Le camere erano a circa 10 minuti di auto dai mulini e dalle strade dello shopping di Mykonos. Nelle vicinanze è possibile fermarsi ad Ano Mera e si hanno a disposizione tutti i servizi più importanti. Consigliamo vivamente il noleggio di un auto. Le camere sono dotate di acqua calda fornita da pannelli solari e questo crea qualche disagio quando le giornate sono nuvolose o piovose. Aria condizionata e wifi incluse nella stanza. Abbiamo preso due stanze attigue, entrambe dotate di angolo cottura. Una era dotata di fornello ad induzione, l'altra di fornellino elettrico che purtroppo non dava la possibilità di cucinarsi in tempi decenti. Non è possibile oscurare la stanza perchè la zanzariera in legno è montata tra la finestra e la persiana e questo può dare fastidio quando il sole entra alle prime luci. In definitiva la struttura offre stanze accoglienti e per tutte le tasche e Maria, la proprietaria, è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza (da contattare via booking). Sono stanze da vivere a nostro parere poche ore al giorno e comunque durante la stagione estiva non hanno problemi di acqua calda.

Ο λόγος που το επιλέξαμε ήταν οικονομικός,δεν είναι πανάκριβο, είναι όμως ακριβό.μυκονος γαρ....
Χρειάζεται φροντίδα περισσότερο.
