Quiet location and spotlessly clean
The studio is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the water. Maria cleaned the studio every day and also bought us cake and fruit on a couple of occasions. She is a very kind person and very helpful though her English is limited. Note there is another Maria studio in the centre of Myrties but make sure that your cab driver takes you to Maria's Studio and not Maria Studio. Maria's is actually in the next town further along from Myrties.

DISGRACE!!!
Disgrace!!!! We went to the room which had a big hole in the bathroom and water was dripping. The rude lady who welcomed us told us that it is 3!! Days like that. Because we had just arrived, we said it doesn't matter, we'll see how they like it and he gave us a basin to put on the toilet so it doesn't run down. Then we left and after we went to the room around noon to rest we stayed for an hour and left because we couldn't stand the smell of mold and the room was muddy from the water running from the ceiling. We left to look for somewhere else to stay losing the first of the 3 days of our vacation. They didn't even bother to call us since the fault existed for 3 days to look for another room that we had booked 1 month before. In the evening after we informed, we went from the room to hand it over, the lady made a whole lot of noise and he didn't want to refund the whole amount but N keep 15 euros because we stayed 1 hour in the afternoon. In the end we let her keep 10 euros because for such small amounts when you see people with such a low level and lack of education you don't look any further. Before we left and when we asked her to give us the money she said that she didn't keep it and as soon as we told her that we would bring the sanitarium stopped selling spirits and found the money and gave it to us keeping the 10 euros. He told us that this is not a reason to leave but we are definitely hiding something else. Far from such accommodations. And of course not even an apology but when leaving we said thank you and good night like befits people of this level and he didn't even answer us... Instead of compensating us he took money. And of course he didn't cut any receipt neither upon arrival nor when he took the 10 euros.

Not to be trusted
I prebooked a specific room 6 month in advance, and got it confirmed twice. But I didn't get it. Instead I was given a room that didn't have the facilities I wanted, and less nice view. I mailed them four times during my stay to infrm them, but they didn't answer. When leaving, they said they had not received my mails, but I had used the same adress as I used when booking, so no excuse.

Lovely Views
Very good view towards Telendos. Comfy bed . A very well equipped kitchen included an oven. Bathroom and shower really good. Maria very helpful and offered to pick us of the ferry. Nice gifts of some fruit . Easy to get to Other parts of the Island. Reasonable supermarket 10 minutes walk and a visit to the Island of Telendos is a must while here
Just a bit of a walk from the main village shops and bus stop with a short steep section just before the property but several bars and restaurant's a few minutes away. Building work in progress was noisy at times but should be short lived and we were out most of the time this was ongoing

very relaxing
We had a wonderful 6 nights in the studio. It was very clean and quiet. Maria was very helpful and welcoming.
My advice, stay here if you want a good night sleep and wake up with a view to Telendos.
Two minutes walk to the beach and Annas restaurant.
