An Exceptional Dining Experience at White Pebbles Suites, Milos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had the most wonderful and memorable dinner at White Pebbles Suites in Milos. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and exceptional Greek hospitality.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour and prepared with great care and attention to detail. You could truly taste the quality and passion behind every plate.
The service was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.The team were extremely attentive, friendly and professional without ever being intrusive. Combined with the beautiful setting and warm atmosphere, it made the entire evening feel incredibly special.
It was one of those dinners that stays with you long after the evening is over. A truly beautiful experience and one we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milos.

Filthy Bug Infested Rooms
In this review, I share the Pros and Cons of staying at this hotel.
Let’s start with the Cons:
1. Rooms have roaches and bugs.
2. There are no staff available to assist with anything after a certain time, although their WhatsApp bio says “available 24/7.”
3. The staff clocks out at a certain time and they don’t even let you know when, so there is no reception, no concierge, no housekeeping, nothing at all. No one there to help in case of an emergency or to assist if you have any questions or concerns.
4. The Staff and management are both very unprofessional and extremely rude. They will not help with anything at all. Everything is such a burden to them.
5. The rooms are filthy, and infested with roaches.
6. The “pool” in the hotel is the size of midsize sedan. It is a mockery to even call that a pool.
7. After showing the management pictures of the bugs in the room, 13 hours later, because no one was available to help, (we called maybe 87 times and left messages on WhatsApp asking for a room change, and our messages were being opened and read - but fully being ignored), the management told us to deal with it, as the bugs are guests just like we are…
8. The abomination they call “food” is disgusting, bland and most likely expired.
9. Did I mention the roaches in the room?
Now, to speak on the Pros of this hotel:
1. Nothing.
I HIGHLY suggest you steer away from this place. Everything from the service to the vibes and cleanliness of this hotel was 0 stars. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here, as this would be the worst punishment one can endure.
If you were to jail someone here, there would be a protest outside the hotel for the cruelty imposed on the prisoner.
STEER AWAY!! If your car breaks down right in front of this place and you have nowhere else to go, sleep in your car, you’ll be doing yourself a favor.

Cockroaches at a “5 Star” Hotel
If giving zero stars were an option, I would, because even one star feels far too generous for our experience at White Pebble Suites.
For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury 5 star property, our experience was shocking.
We returned from dinner at around 11:30 PM to find multiple cockroaches running around inside our room. Even worse, there was not a single staff member available at the hotel. Reception was closed, our repeated calls went unanswered, and multiple WhatsApp messages were read but ignored. We were left stranded late at night with no assistance and ultimately had no choice but to book another hotel at a significantly higher last minute cost.
What made the situation even more unbelievable was management’s response afterward. Instead of taking accountability and refunding us, they actually wrote:
“These insects should be considered visitors rather than residents.”
So, if you’re looking for a hotel where you can have unexpected visitors in your room at night, White Pebble Suites is the place for you. Just don’t expect anyone at reception to be there to greet them for you.
Cockroaches in the room are unacceptable, but cockroaches combined with no overnight staff, unanswered calls, ignored messages, and management refusing to take responsibility is on another level. After sending the hotel a photo and a video of one of the cockroaches. The following day, management actually asked us to provide proof that there had been more than one. Apparently, I was also expected to stop and conduct a full photo shoot of each individual cockroach running around the room. My priority was getting out of the room, not chasing cockroaches around to make sure each one was properly documented for management.
There are far too many beautiful hotels in Milos to risk your vacation here. Save yourself the disappointment, the stress, and the unexpected “visitors.” Stay somewhere else!

Brilliant people lovely place
We cannot speak highly enough of the White Pebble team … including the bar staff who kept the bar open even in a storm and the breakfast crew who make the start of each day a joy. Special shout out to Katrina in reception for helping us!

Amazing Stay at White Pebble Suites
We stayed at White Pebble Suites for 4 nights -- it was truly amazing. Due to a ferry mishap, we wound up arriving a day early and the hotel not only accommodated us, but offered us a 20% discount due to it being a last minute booking. It was a frustrating, but ultimately happy, confluence of events that landed us on Milos nearly 2 full days earlier than expected, and we were so pleased the hotel could help us out. The property is beautiful, suites clean, spacious, and modern. The two highlights of White Pebble Suites is the (included in your rate) breakfast and the exceptionally warm and friendly staff. Each evening you order breakfast for the next day, with your preferred time. Each evening the staff insisted we weren't ordering enough ;). When food was delivered it was still hot, accompanied by made to order coffee drinks and juice. I really can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. As we arrived a day early due to a ferry cancellation to another island, the staff was able secure us a car rental a day early and arrange for a simple drop off/pick up when we needed to switch out a car. They also instructed us to go back to a restaurant after we ordered "wrong," and when we did return and order their suggestions, it was among our best meals in Greece. Finally, the location is amazing, with beautiful sea views, and easy walking distance to the village of Pollonia with about half a dozen really great restaurants right on the water. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, Pollonia, or Milos!
