Sakiz’s secret paradise is a must-visit.

We found this idyllic village by accident.
We were delighted by the pristine seafront, meticulously restored residential mansion, with a swimsuit pool and historic Greek architecture.
The dishes made by Maria 's host were incredibly delicious , with their own produce .
Their hospitality and helpful assistance all influenced our long-term stay decision.
The recels of their own produce still adorn your palate, whipped into the hands of Maria.
The cleanliness of the local landscape lingered through narrow streets, and the incredible architecture applied was a blast to watch every tide.
Maria and Niko Thanks are the hosts.

just don't stay there if you want a pleasant break room

The place is messy the reviews that write those travellers stayed strong only for the room with one and two bedrooms the two bedrooms is horrible the toilet is paleolithic the room is suffocating small old plants cheap without light sees in a courtyard with agricultural machinery left a pavement and various abandoned gardening tools breathes spinach and I am sorry I stayed there. In the area with the same price has magnificent apartments with sea view. Great disappointment when there again the situation is over-exploitation

Enchanting Villa

Our family of twelve stayed at Agroktima Villa for 4 days and right from the start, we were completely enchanted with the entire complex and the owner, Maria, when she treated us to the most delicious homemade lemonade made from her lemon trees. As soon as we met Maria she made us feel like family. The property also includes a farm with goats, chickens, sheep and a dog who always greeted us when we passed by him. The farm is full of fruit trees and flowers that Maria uses to make her delicious marmalades. The rooms we stayed in were just what you would imagine they would be in a Greek village; traditional, rustic, and accommodating, including the stone walls! Several of the rooms had full kitchens and even the single rooms included refrigerators. The food in their Agroktima Restaurant is freshly home made by Maria and her husband. There was a great variety of menu selections and we found the food to be the best in the town of Marmaro. Maria uses fresh ingredients from her farm animals and from her vegetable garden. The pool is lovely, refreshing and very clean, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. We initially chose this hotel because we wanted to be within walking distance of the town and it is a very short walk to the water and the center of town. Maria is the perfect hostess; relaxed and very accommodating, especially for such a large group. When I think of Chios I will think of our wonderful experience at Agroktima! Thank you, Maria for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Very close to the center of the village thus convenient. Nice swimming pool and area.Food is amazing. Room was very old, built some 50 yrs ago and never renovated. Bed sheets and towels were old as well. They need to renovate the rooms, take better care of the other areas and not only the swimming pool area and lower their prices.
