The right choice!
Wonderful studio in the center of Loutra Edipsos! The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean! In his kitchenette I had all the comforts to cook, make coffee, breakfast or whatever else you wanted. Everything was spotlessly clean and they welcomed us with a big smile. And the balcony, furnished and large, overlooked the port of Loutra, which is right below. We always found parking there in front and everything else you wanted was at your feet. It is very important to mention that there was a sieve on the balcony door!!! And if you wanted absolute silence, closing the balcony door would not hear anything at all! The owners were always there willing to help and welcome, without being a bother at all!

One word for everything: EXCELLENT
My daughter and me had the wonderful possibility to stay for a couple of days in Evia Studio in May 2016.
I know the owner's family since some years and this family only embodies the best features of a Greek family owners. They are very hospitable and always concerned about the welfare of their guests in the highest degree.
.....always an open ear and a friendly smiling face.
The apartment is excellent, very modern and very clean. In the apartment is aircondition, a large fridge and cooking facilities. Bed towels and bathroom towels are provided.
The view from the balcony to the sea: a pleasure. The balcony equipped very generous and welcoming veranta furnitures.
Evia Studio is located near the little Loutra Edipsos port, so no taxi needed to get there.
In the vicinity: taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, everything without a car and very easy to reach.
Of course I would like to stay there again and I recommend this property highly and warmest.

Banja za uživanje
U Edipsosu smo boravili polovinom jula 2017 godine u vili Riconi a preko agencije Omniturs. Vila se nalazi na 150m od termalnih izvora i kupališta koji su sjajni. Imate i banjske vode ali i more istovremeno. Sama vila je odlična i nameštaj je nov a kreveti udobni. Poseduje osnovni nameštaj i opremu a sobe su uglavnom, sa pogledom na more. Takodje, imate i peškire a posteljina se menja na 5 dana. Sama banja je odlična i ima za svakoga po nešto. To je jedno veliko naseljeno mesto gde imate i pijacu i veliki supermarket ali i radnje u kojima možete kupiti sve što vam je neophodno. Cene su vrlo pristupačne. Giros je od 2 do 2,5 eur. Pivo 0.5 od 2,5 do 3 eur. Imate dosta restorana sa samoposluživanjem gde možete da platite to što želite i da na miru jedete ali i da izvanrednu hranu ponesete sa sobom. Cene su od 4 do 8 eur u zavisnosti od toga šta izaberete. Najbolji restoran je na samoj obali i zove se Kapetan Kuk. Tu radi Svetlana koja će vam na srpskom sve objasniti i preporučiti a dobićete kvalitet koji odgovara ceni. Uz to možete uživati u pogledu na more i sopstvenom piću. Termalne izvore i bazenčiće preporučujem ali možete i na gradske plaže koje su pristojne ali ne nešto spektakularne. Takođe preporučujem njihov ratluk sa različitim ukusima a probajte i alvu u super marketu Galaktikos jer je to nešto potpuno savršeno. Cene u hipermarketu i ostalim prodavnicama su nešto više u odnosu na Beograd ali u odnosu na druge krajeve u Grčkoj ovde je za nas vrlo pristupačno. Uveče imate korzo ili šetalište pa možete da prošetate i uživate ali možete da se kupate u prirodnim bazenčićima sa termalnim vodama koliko god želite. Mesta za izlazak ima i banja je sjajna pa ostaje samo da uživate!

Prachtige locatie op enkele meters van de haven . Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die graag een handje helpen met het bezoeken van de regio. Nette kamer en een mooi balkon met uitzicht op de haven. Aparte douche en toilet , keukentje met oven en kookplaat.Tv en telefoon.

Καλή επιλογή-An excellent choice!
Όμορφα δωμάτια, με πλήρη οικιακό εξοπλισμό. Άριστη επιλογή για οικογένεια με παιδιά ή ζευγάρια που δεν αναζητούν πολυτέλειες αλλά ένα φιλικό και καθαρό περιβάλλον. Πολύ καθαρά στούντιο. Κοντά σε μαγαζιά, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες και, φυσικά, στην παραλία. Ευγενέστατοι ιδιοκτήτες και προσωπικό. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι έτριζαν λίγο τα κρεβάτια, όμως μπορεί να έτυχε στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο. Καλό wifi. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
Beautiful and clean rooms, with good wifi, close to shops, restaurants, cafe and of course to the beach. It is an excellent choice for families or couples who look not for luxuries but for a friendly and clean place! Τhe staff and owners were very polite and kindly!
