Great little place
We stayed here for two days in the summer before a sailing trip around the islands. We arrived quite late, but it wasn't a problem at all, and communication with the host was always very prompt and friendly. We spent a wonderful day by the pool and had food delivered from the sister property next door. The beds were fairly comfortable, the shower could have been better, we didn't make use of the kitchen at all. It was unbearably hot in August and the air con brought some relief, but not much. The morning of our sailing trip, the host drove us into town to drop us off. At the end of our trip, he even let us come back and make use of the pool again before our flight home - very much appreciated!
We'd definitely come back for a quick visit, but if we were to stay longer on the island, we'd probably stay somewhere further south.

Absolutely not recommended
First of all, I don't understand how anyone can give positive reviews to this facility. It was one of the worst places I've ever been. The photos do not correspond to reality, everything is dilapidated and absolutely neglected (including the garden, fountain, dirty tables, tools placed here and there...). I stayed only one night (luckily!) and it was a nightmare: terrible heat, malfunctioning air conditioner (with toilet paper rolls between the directional flaps), windows without mosquito nets (except one) and obviously with the windows open for the hot the mosquitoes ate us! Especially my son who had a fever! I chose this property because it had a kitchenette that I intended to use, but I would have had to get a tetanus shot first! And so, with my son having a fever, we had to go out for dinner! And then dirty and neglected bathroom, missing bedside knobs and...missing light bulbs!!! Not to mention the very dangerous connection pipes for children that were sticking out of the floor in every room! Absolutely not recommended...disappointing, really bad!

Our stay at Villa Swan has been amazing. Pantelis and family are very helpful and approachable. The 2bdr apartment was decent and clean but a bit basic. Clean towels when needed.
The garden is nice and calm. Well maintained. Pool area is really relaxing, nice parasols and sunbeds.
Closely located to the beach, six minutes drive from center. Parking can be done on the property.
See you next year!

qualità prezzo buoni
Diciamo che le foto sono un po' ingannevoli relativamente all'interno degli appartamenti in quanto la piscina è nuova ed è fantastico averla a disposizione in giardino ed è stata molto utile per i bambini , la posizione della casa è ottima in quanto a piedi 5 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di sabbia di angios ioannis una delle più grandi e poi il proprietario è un ragazzo davvero gentile e super disponile ... detto ciò la casa e divisa in 4 appartamenti e sinceramente qui ce'e da dire che sono arredati con mobilia vecchia e nonostante le camere climatizzate ci puzza un po' di vecchio ... la cosa peggiore è stato il bagno dell'appartamento piano terra quello con due camere da letto .. fatiscente e dire poco un bagno piccolissimo con una mezza vasca il vaso tutto incrostato davvero non ci sono parole ... mi spiace scrivere questo perchè nel complesso non siamo stati male ma per carità alla fine 2 settimane di docce con le ciabatte in vasca ...

Ottima location
Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti ad inizio agosto. La location ottima, un giardino molto curato ed una bellissima piscina pronta ad accogliervi al rientro dal mare. La casa ampia e pulita.
Il proprietario Tanassis, molto professionale e gentile, pronto ad assecondare ogni possibile richiesta.
