Misery literally
We made a reservation by phone. Mr. Kolyvas Filipos told us that there was a room on the phone. He asked for an advance payment to book it. We put the advance payment and when we went there he tells us to stay here needs extra money.I will take you to my other accommodation in Mediteraneo.A miserable accommodation that even the mice don't stay there!!Flying pancakes on the balconies!!I don't talk about the cleanliness!We took our money back and we left!!The guy is cheating cylindrically!!

Everything dirty, really don't recommend visiting.
I really don't recommend visiting because the pool was very dirty and inside there is nowhere to cook, dishes are dirty. The landlord just doesn't care, we asked for a cooking pot and he didn't bring anything. Inside is everything old and smells really old, it's just not worth the price.

Booking.Com were excellent but this hotel should be removed from booking platforms.
As with many other reviews we arrived with firm paid up confirmation to be told ‘no rooms’. He cheats the system and asks you to cancel - DO NOT CANCEL until you are satisfied. He lets rooms out at a higher price to call ins: he is known for this in the town and is a discredit to Vasiliki honest hoteliers.

I don't recommend
I definitely don't recommend. We made a reservation on booking for one apartment with sea view close to the beach at 98euros per night. When we arrived, the owner told us the apartment is not available and that he will accommodate us in another location that he had. This location was somewhere on the hill, far from the beach and from the city, only a triple room with old furniture. He would have given us that room at the same price of 98euros per night even on booking that room was rated at 56euros per night. We didn't accept to stay there at the price of 98euros per night. I told him to give us the difference of money or to refund us the money paid for the apartment. He didn't want he told us that we have two options, to stay there where he has free room or to cancel the reservation from booking which was also paid (that meant we would loose our money - 390 euros for 4 nights). If we don't accept his options he will cancel our reservation and we will lose our koney anyways. So we told him that we'll think and give him an answer. Meanwhile I called to booking, described the situation and fortunately they cancelled the reservation and assured me that i'll get my money back - thing that happened already. The owner also told us laughing that there are loosers who pay him 140 euros per night in full season and he sends them to the horrible place on hill. So he is a big spike. Also the pool is very small and dirty. Unfortunately it was the only thing in that accomodation that we could see, because it was outside, in front of the villa. Avoid booking on his place, you will lose your money and time. Thanks to him we missed a full sunny beach day searching another accommodation, and i mention that we had two little kids with us and he didn't care about. Run away from this location. The owner is a crook

Moved to a different location
Even though my friend booked in January to stay here the owner decided to move her to his "new" accomodation in town. She was very unhappy, after arriving at midnight she had to make her own bed, no hangers in the wardrobe, it was up several hills, (she has 2 new hips and is 78) basic accomodation but with new windows and a sink! She decided not to stay and found other accomodation in Vassiliki Bay Hotel which she said was wonderful and cheaper and luckily on the flat area in the town. He charged her 290 euros for 1 night and a taxi ride, he said it was because she had let him down and he couldn't rent out the room to anyone else! I personally think it's disgusting behaviour. If you book a room in January to then be told in July just before you arrive that your staying elsewhere and you have no idea what your going to stay in.
