Perfect location for exploring Nydri and Lefkas

Great little hotel situated at the end of the promenade which makes it lovely and quiet both through the day and at night.
In a perfect location for all the bars and restaurants which are a 5-10 minute stroll away.
Pictures on some travel websites are quite old and don't do it justice as it has been modernised to a very high standard with a stylish lounge and restaurant/pool area (see attached pics).
The staff are friendly and the breakfast offered plenty of choice of good food.
Highly recommended and would seriously consider coming back here next year.

Lovely hotel

Small friendly hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms but a little dated. Great pool but sunbeds "reserved" from 7.am. Breakfast ok.

Athos lovely stay

Athos Hotel experience , I stayed with my friend for a week in a 2 bed room in early June. It was brilliant for a number of reasons ...the room was satisfactory the important things are the comfort of the bed and the efficiency of the a/c and the room was cleaned daily.
The dining area and swim pool are tastefully designed and comfortable and again spotlessly clean.
Effie and her small staff are very helpful and friendly . Breakfast is buffet style and a good start to the day.
I look forward to returning and would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a location close to many amenities and the water.

Relaxing Nidri

We really enjoyed our stay at Athos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean. The pool area was lovely and sunbeds available at any time. Apparently the pool/bar area has recently been redone. Breakfast was adequate and the food at the pool/snack bar at lunch time was good. Excellent location for the bars/restaurants of Nidri. The whole resort is very relaxing and we would return.

Pros and cons

Stayed for 1 week and although the hotel is clean with lovely staff I was disappointed with several things! The breakfast is very limited and became boring, it was impossible for me to shower without flooding the bathroom and soaking the bath mat which wasn't changed for 3 days along with the towels the answer was for the maid to hang everything on the balcony! Finally the Tree bar was not ready and jacuzzi not warm! This was disappointing for me but as a 2star hotel maybe others will find it OK! The views however are lovely!
