Don't know what the complaints are about

The hotel is situated in the heart of town with on street parking or private parking copmlex 50 metres from hotel. As we all know parking in any european towns are limited, especially in holiday seasons. Found the hotel by driving by in the evening.The staff were very friendly and accomadating considering their English was very limited. We even had coffee bought up to our room after we checked in at 9 in the evening. Where do you get sevice like that? The room was great and breakfast was fine. The rates were very good. Would stay here again if travelling in the area.

not good

We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas holidays-visiting friends- because it is at a convenient location in the town centre and there is a big parking problem in this town.The hotel building is ugly. The room was clean but that's all. The big problem was the terrible noise of the air condition.(it is the only heating source in the room!) I woke up several times at night cause of this.It sounded like a train machine! Also the cleaning lady didn't come to fix our room on New Year's Day! I understand that the staff might take a day off but isn't there a substitute?? I wouldn't choose this hotel again

not worth looking staying

Breakfast was additional cost. Very poor buffet. The internet never worked. The bathroom was tiny... The bed was uncomfortable, and the staff were not very accomodating. I was charged for breakfast, even though i never had anything. The decor looks great in the main area, but what a shame the entire experience was disappointing.

Το χειρότερο που έχω μείνει ποτε !

Αναγκάστηκα να μείνω στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό διότι ήταν το μόνο που ήταν ανοιχτό την περίοδο της καραντίνας. Το δωμάτιο στο οποίο με έβαλαν την πρώτη φορά είχε καμμένες λάμπες δούλευαν μερικά από τα φώτα. Δεκαετία 50 βρώμικο! Ξεχασμένα μπουκάλια νερού στο ψυγείο από τον προηγούμενο.
Μαξιλάρια μεγάλα και σκληρά σαν αυτά που είχαμε τη δεκαετία του 70 με μπαμπάκια μέσα
Έμεινα και την επόμενη εβδομάδα που με έβαλαν σε ένα δωμάτιο που τα ρολά από τα παντζούρια ήταν σπασμένα. Ως αποτέλεσμα είχε να μπαίνει ο ήλιος από τις 6 h το πρωί μέσα διότι δεν είχε ούτε μπλακάουτ κουρτίνες. Όταν παραπονέθηκα Μου είπε η ρεσεψιόνιστ Ότι θα έπρεπε να το είχα αναφέρει από το μεσημέρι που μπήκα στο δωμάτιο ότι
το παντζούρι είναι σπασμένο Και δεν ήταν δικό τους λάθος αλλά δικό μου που δεν το επεσήμανα να τους το πω. Με αυθάδεια αγένεια δε μου ζήτησε ούτε συγνώμη ούτε καν λυπάμαι ξυπνήσατε από τις 6 h το πρωί από τον ήλιο. Είναι ντροπή να υπάρχουν τέτοια ξενοδοχεία με προβλήματα και ανθρώπους που δεν είναι επαγγελματίες θα έπρεπε να τα είχαν κλείσει!

Ξανά και ξανά και ξανά!

Όπως είδατε και από τον τίτλο αυτής της αξιολόγησης θα σας συνιστούσα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για την διαμονή σας. Είναι η 4η φορά που πηγαίνω στο συγκεκριμένο και είναι όλα μα όλα εξαιρετικά . Όλα λειτουργούν άψογα και το προσωπικό είναι πάντα εκεί σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Από καθαριότητα λάμπει καθώς καθημερινά οι ευγενέστατες καθαρίστριες δίνουν το παρόν σε κάθε όροφο και δωμάτιο για να είναι όλα στην εντέλεια!! Τα λόγια είναι περιττά ... μία επίσκεψη θα σας πείσει και εσάς !
