Truly amazing customer service for a completely relaxing holiday
Loved the IKOS ultra inclusive experience. Starting with the amazing welcome and sitting down with a drink when booking in. The amazing restaurants and pool / beachside constant attentive service of drinks & food, Always being able to get a sun lounger at the pool or beach. Included hire car for one day, evening sunset cruise, pedalos, spa with sauna / steam rooms, great gym & classes. Set in a truly beautiful location looking out to Kastri Island & stunning gardens. What really made the holiday was everyone who worked there was so friendly & helpful, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. We are currently saving up for our next IKOS holiday.

Awesome Aria !
Where to start - not enough superlatives ! Family group of 8 ages 14-81, treated our parents to celebrate mums 80th. 3 of the group first timers to Ikos, all of us first time to Aria having done Odisia (standard) and Andalusia (deluxe) before, staying at Aria on standard basis. What a week ! It was uk half term so v busy with families/ lots of younger children. Absolutely did not impact us, all the babies and kids were cute and well behaved. Weather was perfect, resort stunning, service was another level ! Seemless check in, v busy pools on the first day but that settled from
Sunday and we always found a spacious area at main pool where we were utterly spoiled by the wonderful Anastasia and the rest of the pool team. Hats off to whomever is in charge of recruitment and training at Aria - all staff were consistently warm, attentive, informal yet professional. We were utterly spoiled all week, my parents were really blown away by the service. We loved Flavours or Fresco for breakfast, enjoyed food at the pool or beach or Ouzo BBQ or Fresco for lunch then enjoyed all the à la cartes for dinner. Food was consistently very good with some really stand out excellent dishes. We enjoyed a few days at the beach, loads of beds, wonderful service again (thanks Renato!) and enjoyed the swim-explore to Kastris. We enjoyed beach yoga, one reformer Pilates class, massages and the evening cruise with the lovely Yannis. Olus sundowners and post dinner drinks at the Lagoon bar. Our 4 rooms were grouped together (thank you) with gorgeous views over Kastri island. Housekeeping was excellent. Very late flight back to Manchester and we were allowed to keep two of the rooms until 7pm which really allowed us to make the most of the last day. We have loved all our Ikos holidays but this one was really really special and that was down to the utterly wonderful staff at Aria. We already have a return trip booked to Odisia which has some living up to do (I have seriously considered trying to switch to Aria !) Special mention to:
Eleni, Konstantina, Phillipa, Leo (Sakis!) and John at Fresco. Have to say all the dishes at Fresco were excellent.

Fantastic Luxe Family Holiday
We had such a fantastic holiday at Ikos Aria. Luxury with excellent servive and support from the staff.
A massive thank you to Thomas for the room upgrade you have been so kind.
A special thank you to Tassos at Wonderfin who brought out the confidence and love of swimming with my 5 yo son and who supported him so well (highly recommend this!)

Amazing stay at Ikos Aria.
We recently stayed at Ikos Aria and had an absolutely amazing experience. Although we arrived late due to flight delays and they were not quite ready to receive us. This was quickly forgotten thanks to everything that followed.
We booked the Deluxe Collection, and in my opinion it made all the difference. The extra touches, personalised service, and attention to detail were unforgettable. The staff truly deliver service that is second to none.
The resort itself is stunning — beautiful pools, immaculate grounds, and a breathtaking setting. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, with a huge variety and no compromise on quality. We were even offered an upgrade to our room which made our stay feel even more special.
For my birthday and our wedding anniversary, we were surprised with a lovely cake in our room — such a thoughtful gesture. The team also arranged boat trips, provided a courtesy hire car, and even packed lunches for our days out.
A standout part of our stay was the care shown for my wife, who has Crohn’s disease. Christos Gounaras went above and beyond, liaising with all the restaurants to ensure her dietary requirements were fully understood. His support made dining relaxed, enjoyable, and stress‑free.
Overall, Ikos Aria exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning soon.

Perfect.
Amazing resort. Staff is wonderful, esp. all the Deluxe Concierge team. All the family enjoyed this "sans faute" stay.
