Great property in Kefalos, near the sea
To reach the hotel, we took advantage of the shuttle service, offered by the hotel at a cost of 30 euros.
The Hotel is located in a side street parallel to the main street, in a quiet area, and in 5 minutes you reach the main beach of Kefalos.
In the main street there are several supermarkets and taverns where to eat.
I recommend the supermarket JIM and the tavern Allotina.
For car rental, I recommend Anna's car.
Rooms are cleaned regularly with fresh towels and bed linen. The bathroom was dated with a small shower, I advise Anastasio, to think about putting glass showers in order to have more comfort.
Breakfast is simple with bread, butter, jam, cheese slices, orange juice, tea or coffee, and either a boiled egg or ham. You can eat inside or by the pool. There is a small bar area near the pool serving simple food and drinks.
Exceptional swimming pool, with sun loungers.
The hotel is located a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of KOS.
The costs of sunbeds, vary from the beach where you go and the area. (5 euros to 10 euros in the central area, 25 euros near the ruins of kefalos), while in Lagada beach I paid 15 euros, while in Paradise beach 20 euros
Ample parking among ancient olive trees inside the hotel.
The stay was very pleasant, and I enjoyed the tranquility of the structure and the kindness of the owners.

Oh dear!!
The inclusive breakfast consisted of bread, a pat of butter and jam with a large tin of Nescafe plonked on the side with a sticky spoon stuck in it - terrible!
On the 2nd day the owner presented me with a bill for €100 shouting that air conditioning was an extra €8 per night plus tax. The rooms were basic but clean however this woman,s behaviour ruined the holiday for me.
I suggest you stay in any of the many other hotels in this area.

Perfect holiday
5 mins walk to the beach. Remember to buy beach shoes because of the pebbles. Plenty of places that you can hire sunbeds some are free if you buy drinks and snacks from. Outside rainbow restaurant were 5 euro each and we bought lunch there to which was delicious and we had 2 evening meals
Supermarket 1 min walk away
We booked the 3 island cruise boat trip with JD tours that was brilliant

Great hotel for mid to low budgets. Would book here again and recommend to family.
Balconies aren’t private.
The hotel is small, set back one small road away from the main road. Loads of tavernas supermarkets and a lovely geletaria are within a short walk and it’s about 20 minutes to the small harbour. It is Greek-family run by multiple generations. We found them all friendly and professional but not intrusive. They always smiled and said hello. There were a couple of distant cats. The garden area is well maintained as is the pool.
We paid extra for air conditioning 7e per day, safety deposit in reception a small charge and tourist tax is 1.5e per day. We were able to keep our room for late checkout as our flight home was in the evening, 35€.
Breakfast is simple and repetitive but more than adequate; bread, butter, jam, cheese slices, orange juice, tea or coffee, and either a boiled egg or ham/luncheon meat. You could eat outside or in. There is a small bar area near the pool serving simple food and various drinks from mid morning to late evening, no annoying music (except occasional bursts of baby shark for baby son of the young couple running it).
Plenty of parking between mature olive trees beside the hotel.

Eleni...Kefalos...definition of a dream holiday.
Free time could be spent by the pool, which was available to guests. Evenings at the hotel cafe, with a little alcohol and soft music.
Hotel located in a quiet area. The sea is really close - just a short walk. Several beautiful beaches and viewpoints nearby and many taverns, restaurants, shops.
Thank's for every moment spent in yours Eleni ;)))
