Super hotel just as we like it.
Youlie in a morning, her smile and open arms giving you a hug, making sure the food was topped up and plenty to go at.
Highly recommended a trip here.

Absolutely loved our stay – we didn't want to leave!
From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed. Sofia met us on arrival and personally showed us to our room, which was such a lovely touch after travelling.
We booked one of the suites with a private pool and would highly recommend doing this if your budget allows. The room was lovely and having our own pool made the stay feel really special. Just be aware that the pool area only gets the sun until around 2pm, but this actually worked perfectly for us. After that, we'd head down to the beach for the afternoon.
The hotel is set on quite a steep incline, with steps to navigate. We're both quite fit and regularly work out, so it wasn't a problem for us, although my very strong partner definitely earned his drinks by navigating our suitcases up and down the steps! If you don't have a good level of fitness or have mobility issues, it's definitely something to consider before booking.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. We always managed to get sun loungers and loved spending our afternoons there. Sea shoes are an absolute must! We'd never bought them before, but after seeing them mentioned in previous reviews, we decided to get some and we're so glad we did. The sea is gorgeous and crystal clear, but the stones can be uncomfortable without them.
The bar staff were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and they definitely know how to keep your drink topped up! All of the staff throughout the hotel were genuinely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.
The food was also really, really good, with huge portions. We were half board and at lunchtime would often share a main meal — and believe me, my man can EAT! The portions were more than generous.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet every morning, with plenty of choice, and the views while eating breakfast are simply breathtaking. Dinner was different every night and was à la carte, with SO much food. The lady who looked after us at dinner was absolutely lovely, as were all the staff. We genuinely couldn't fault the service.
Afitos itself is a beautiful village and is only a short walk from the hotel — although be warned, it is a VERY uphill walk! Again, we were absolutely fine because we're both reasonably fit, but it's something to bear in mind if you're not used to walking uphill.
The village itself is gorgeous, with a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants and traditional tavernas. We were actually worried before coming that Afitos might be too quiet for us, but we needn't have worried at all. It was the perfect balance — peaceful and relaxing when we wanted it, but with plenty of places to go out and enjoy in the evenings.
We also popped into Kalithea for one night and ended up at Pearl nightclub — it was certainly an experience! It was a fun night and a nice change of scene, so if you fancy a livelier evening, it's worth heading over there.
We honestly loved this holiday. The hotel, the staff, the food, the beach, the village and the whole atmosphere were fantastic. We really couldn't fault The White Suites Resort and would absolutely return.
Thank you to everyone at The White Suites for making our holiday so special. ❤️
If you're considering booking — do it! You won't regret it.

A lovely quiet location with fantastic staff
Location - it is hilly and if you are going out of the hotel to Afitos village, you do have to negotiate a couple of steep slopes. For most people its a few minutes of inconvenience, if you do have mobility issues, it could cause you difficulties. However, it is worth the trip in the evenings to wander around the shops and tavernas, its actually quite a shock to go from the peace of White Suites to a bustling village in only a few hundred metres.
Food - we thought it was exceptional, we stayed half board and were happy to eat in every night. If you are a burger and chips or pizza regular, its not for you, however, if you enjoy proper well cooked home made food then you'll love it. Obviously it repats each week, but not an issue for us. Some other reviews had moaned about the breakfast, no idea why, lots to choose from, not a cooked English breakfast as the Benidorm regulars would like, but eggs, toast, bacon pieces and small sausages were available and all were delicious.
Drinks - Never had a bad one, didn't think prices were too bad and never had to wait long to be served.
Beach - It is a pebble beach once you enter the water and even though we took beach shoes, i often found i didn't need them and was happy to find a path into the water. Beds with umbrellas always available which was nice, the beds are heavy and difficult to move so it can be awkward with the sun at times and managing to stay in the shade if that's what you want. Lots of people take or buy lightweight towels to hang from the brollies to increase the shade, which seems to work. Some of the brollies are getting to the end of their lives and the hotel will need to replace them soon. The beach is public and the hotel does hire out the beds, that generally starts from around 10am but they seem to hold back enough for guests.
Room - Probably the only slight downside for us, we were in one of the three garden level rooms, so we had a grass area with a couple of sunbeds instead of a balcony. For some reason the sprinklers turned on about 4pm and soaked the beds and onto the small patio, seemed weird timing when that's when a lot come back to their rooms? The sun hits all of the rooms from first light until about 3pm-ish, then they are in the shade, this includes the swim up rooms for anyone that pays the extra for those. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless, however, we had a leaking toilet which did make our bathroom smell. You could see that they had tried to fix it several times but it ultimately needed the toilet replacing. The room was a little tired but not at a level that i would complain or ask to move.
