The owner is perfect !

Fantastic place uppon a small hill but at the same time it was just inside of Karfas and very close by walking to the beach and to the shops !!! If I ever had to stay again in Chios, I would for these rooms again .

Your own conclusions

The room let's say relatively good in combination with the cost of accommodation. The W.C was insufficient, the door did not open completely for no reason because of the support on the back of the toilet and the base of the toilet paper, the water was running with the drop-meter, one night we showered around at 23:00 there was no hot water nor for sample, the shower curtain was completely dirty, the shower's siphon was there for decorative reason, the spiral of the cold water of the bathroom was interfering and was constantly. During the duration of our stay one day there was no internet as we also had a power outage and water outage at the same time and to justify this situation our owner asked the next day if we were doing something in the room (unfortunately for him we are neither electricians, neither experimenters with the current, neither pneumatic thieves).
The kitchen equipment was measured according to the number of people, 2 plastic plates-2 knives-2 beads etc. as if we were camping. Of course I didn't mention all of this to the owner because he was an ironic type of person and with a sense of humor that he thinks all his interlocutors can tolerate. I have more to say and I could do everything with evidence, but I respect that it is a full season......

Never again.

Let's start with the positive:The view and the dog is all the money.The rest.......( listed in a few photos, for the truth).What I can not quote is the behavior and the unnecessary humor of the owner.

Two minutes from the beach

Two minutes from the beach, great view and very fast internet! Everything was perfect and the owner was kind. The room was so beautiful and clean. Check in and out were very easy and quick. I will definitely be back.

Perfect !

Fantastic view and great location close to the beach and the restaurants. Hosts are really nice and friendly. We were with kids and all the family really enjoyed the stay! In the apartment had everything we needed
