We have been visiting Kallikratia for numerous times. This time we choose Mouses X Hotel especially because of the good price that we have got from the lade owner! However, in general, I am a little bit disappointed from the stay there....
First, the lady owner is somewhat cold and with some kind of arrogant attitude in my opinion... She needs to work on her behavior with customers I guess...
Second, in the beginning she tried to refuse serving us breakfast during our stay under the excuse that it is not in the offer because she discounted the price. After showing her the messages on our phone, because her computer did not work at that time for some reason she understood that she could not avoid it so with some kind of impression she agreed to serve the breakfast. However, the breakfast we were served in the next three days was not sufficient (see pictures) and every day we would get rearranged staff from the previous day... For instance, the leftovers of bread slices from the second day were fried for the third day and something similar to that.
Third, the rooms (apartment), I have to point out that it was impeccably clean and quite big and spacious, equipped with most of the things one family would need during their stay. We were promised that the room is going to be cleaned on the second day - it was - but there were no towels replaced.
Fourth, when we wanted to pay the rest of the amount (we had paid prepayment before going there) she refused to charge our credit card under the excuse that the price is too low to do that. Just for illustration, she had several POS terminals there and she never informed us that the payment is going to be in cash, in which case it would not be a problem. After my insisting that she should rethink about it and reminding her that she never told us of this she said that either we pay with cash or pay the full amount with credit card (40 EUR difference).
Fifth, the Hotel is situated quite far from the beaches, which I knew in the beginning. The walking distance is bearable though and one needs 10 minutes walking to the beach which was OK for us.
In conclusion, the rooms and the hotel are clean and spacious, but the lady owner should definitely work on her attitude and should not try to find sneaky ways of eliminating her duties, which, after all, she set up - not us!
P.S. In one of the comments I looked before booking I read that there were bicycles available for the tourist, but given the general atmosphere while communicating with her I did not had a wish to even ask her about them and they were nowhere to be seen!

Rezervasyonu booking'den son dakika 130 EUROYA yaptım.Değerlendirme puanı 8,9 yazıyordu. Apartta geldiğimizde bizi bir bayan karşıladı. Fakat rezervasyon yaparken 11 yaşındaki çocuğumu yazmayı unutmuşum. Bayan bize çocuk için ekstra 15 euro ödememiz gerektiğini söyledi,itiraz etmedik kabul ettik. Odayı görmek istedik,odanın başka bir binada olduğunu kayıt işlemlerinden sonra kalacağımız yere gideceğimiz söyledi,ona da tamam dedik. Fakat bizden parayı peşin istedi,biz de odayı görelim ondan sonra öderiz dedik. Olmaz dedi,neyse onu da kabul ettik. Bu Kredi kartını çıkarttıp verdim ,bayan bu fiyatın cash olduğunu,kredi kartı ile ödersem 175 euro ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Nedenini sorduğumda ,kestirip attı bizde böyle gibisinden. Görmediğimiz odaya 175 euro vermek işimize gelmedi tabi. O fiyata yüzlerce daha kaliteli tesisi elemiştik. 10 günlük seyahette 4 farklı otelde kaldık,hiçbirinde sorun yaşamadık.Fakat,bu bayanın tavrı yüzünden saat 5'de ortada kaldık resmen. Rezatti bence
