Great Hotel

Hallo.
i was here from 25. juli till 4. of august.
Great Hotel with good Peoples who work there. Food was also good. eveyday something different. but the best part was the drinks in the evening and some nice shows. The Animator team did a fantastic job. you could tell that they love the job. during the day there were also some activities like volleyball, water polo and ping pong tournaments. it was always funny. me an my friends had a great time there.

Hotel is ok. But far from worth the money for the standard of all inkl. We paid like 450 EUR per night and was expection a lot more on the food and drink standard. Best was the fresh made pizza.
Horrible reservation of sunbeds every day. People even reserved it the night before, and at 6.20 am there was no sundbed to be found by the pool area. There is a sign that says “pls don not reserve sundbeds”. But if you don’t stick to or do something about it the guests is just gonna continue, and it gets very bad.
We hade a good stay, but for the money we paid, we expected higher standard. We came from a cheaper 5 star hotel in Kolymbia and after we wish we had stays there.
Pool bar staff was really friendly.

Not really great!!! it's more of a loud ***, but certainly not a ****

Positive points
Hospitality and cleaning staff: Effective and pleasant.
Restoration: Various and well stocked buffet for all three meals.
Access to the beach: Direct access with free deckchairs and towels.
Cons:
We had booked with Fram, but we were transferred and taken care of by Mondial Tourism without being informed. No Fram teams on site.
Bedding: Deplorable, very soft and sagging mattress.
Cleanliness: Odorous and dubious bed cover, sheets too small and bed badly made.
Room fridge: Very noisy at night.
Noise pollution: Very noisy entertainment and concerts every evening from 9pm to 11pm under the windows of the rooms.
Atmosphere at the pool: Noisy music all day and entertainment only in English.
Facilities: No gym or spa.
Management refused to change our rooms.
Conclusion
Big disappointment compared to the Fram services we are used to.

Quality beachfront hotel with great food. The free safe and the addition of a fridge is very helpful. Very limited English TV channels. Pleased with the value and would stay again if returning to Rhodes.
