Ideal location
The beds (all 3 ) only have thin mattress toppers instead of mattress’s not a good nights sleep had by anyone. The driveway giving access to Lemonia is dark at the bottom, a torch is needed before the sensor lights come on.
Three shutters out of 6 could not be fastened back due to broken catches and to keep one pair shut you need to wedge a knife in the mechanism.
The pool is great with 4 sun beds and a lifesaver.
The cooker and fridge are very dated but work fine, a nice cheap villa with great views across the bay to Albania.

Villa Lemonia is in a perfect position...but!
The fridge was dirty and we had to clean that before use. Some of the linen was poorly washed and could not be used.
We had to buy some fabric spray to use on the bedding and pillows as they smelt musty. The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever had in any holiday accommodation and had to use the spare duvets to pad out the mattress.
The garden was characterised by dead trees and piles of roofing tiles. The paths around the house had weeds growing through the paving. There were too many issues to expect a resolution by calling the owner. We did not want to move as the location was perfect.
This is the first time we have arrived in a villa and not received any sort of welcome pack. Although the pool was lovely the surrounds were bare. It was clear this property received the very minimum of care and maintenance.
