It was a wonderful stay in Pilio that we would not want to miss!

Wonderful stay at Hotel Agelis in Kala Nera!
Hotel Agelis is a real gem in Kala Nera – familiar, warm and with a hospitality rarely found today. The owner family takes care of their guests with incredible love, gives great tips on activities in the area (beaches, mountain villages, hikes and taverns) and makes you feel welcome from the first moment.
Breakfast is fantastic – rich, fresh and lovingly prepared, with local specialities, homemade pastries and fresh fruit. Also the rooms are very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need.
The family atmosphere and personal attention make your stay a real experience. I can fully recommend the Hotel Agelis – a place to return to!

Great space with very nice aesthetics, from the entrance to the rooms.
Excellent breakfast of the hour as well as coffee of your choice.
Clean, warm, friendly environment, with excellent hospitality from the also excellent host!
I could write a lot, but maybe it would be an opportunity for you to visit it and find out for yourself!

A beautiful hotel in a really nice location for family holiday.

We visited hotel Agelis with family so we could attend at a wedding near by!
We loved the hotel, it had very stylish and modern decoration, spacious rooms with really good facilities.
The breakfast was fantastic freshly served at your choice each day.
The rooms had air condition units but we didn’t need to put turn them on at all during our stay as they had a really nice breeze coming through the window and the temperature was great.
The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing we could ask them for or to help us with that they said they couldn’t do and always with a smile. It’s a very professional family run hotel that makes you feel at home in a very beautiful location just a minute walk from restaurants and cafes in front of the sea. If you rent a car you can visit other areas at Pelion which are really beautiful near by. It’s the perfect place for a family holiday and if you book it you definitely won’t regret it.

Most Splendid service

George and his staff were brilliant. The hotel is very clean, and bright.
Location excellent for beach and eating out.
Nothing too much of a problem for George and his attention to service detail really exemplary.
He also seems to know just about everybody in Kala Nera too.

Delightful find just a few kilometres past Volos

Family run perfect little hotel just two minutes from the sea and restaurants/bars. The owner couldn't have been more charming. The room was comfortable and the whole place was gleaming clean. Easy parking in the street in May, but might be more difficult in the height of the season. I loved the whole area and stayed two nights. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
