One to remember
Fantastic place to stay, food was amazing and the staff were exceptional.
Couldnt ask for more, some light entertainment when dinner was on which again the value for the dinner was also excellent.
21:30 was the cut off time for the resort which was great for us so we could experience the surroundings.
We felt so safe and welcoming roaming around shops and bars, because the location is spot on being just a few seconds walk to the beach
We will be re visiting and staying here again!

Think twice before booking !!
BE WARNED!!!.....This is the 1st time we have ever writen a review but feel we have to!!! Its long but read it all before booking !!....
It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! We booked last minute as we needed a quick short quiet spa get away, so also wanting adults only! So granted we booked only standard room ! However, doesnt make any difference, all rooms are all much the same on inspection during cleaning looking in! It is nothing like the pictures. It is only 4* because of the spa. We have stayed in better 3* hotels. Would not reccomemed if you are looking for quiet & wanting to stay in hotel all of the time.
Our hoilday didnt go to plan & stayed out as much as we could & didnt even use the spa.
*staff tell lots of people on arrival they are being upgraded (Including us) LIE !!
*food was awful & really salty when it was avaible, & not much choice.
*Food was not reguarly refilled enough, their excuse was it was law to not have too much food waste. But most pots, plate etc all EMPTY everytime we went !
*pool was really small & too many people to swim on some occassions. The infinity part was only 2 small seperate pools & was for private rooms only!
*water feature not working.
*large bbq around pool sunbeds smoking food, with smoke everywhere!
*Beach sun beds are not included in price & are extra cost, also towels are only free once, then you have to pay extra. Also sunbeds are all on top of each other at pool also the beach.
*bed sheets do not fit beds. Asked 4 times to change, they just added extra sheets. Making sleep very uncomfortable!! Sheets also had holes in.
*doors all constantly banging all through the night, with people coming & going, we used our earbuds from the plane, which still woke us up.
*inch gap under doors.
*partys going on with people bring friends back from other hotels. Staff dont deal with it!
*noise from road side really loud like main road with rubish lorries & coaches going past early hours.
*air conditioning leaked on balcony, soaking all our towels for next day.
*hangers in walldrobe to high up, especially if you are 5ft 4' & hard to move along without a hanger fight!
*only one small draw for clothes
*rooms clean but small, bedside units only inch deep, no room to put anything, lived out of suitcase.
*shower curtain constantly
sticking to you when showering.
*1 member of staff to cope with the night dramas & check ins.
*some staff friendly, some very rude! Asked one for directions & replied rudly with get a map from reception. Cleaner moaned she had to change bed sheets again !
*had to ask for 2 room key cards, didnt just give, as u needed a key to leave aircon on, which u needed !!
*only one bottle of water on arrival & 2 tea bags & 2 coffee's & not refilled when used.
*furniture shabby & damaged.
*no chair in room to lay anything, just a stall.
*kept getting different information from staff, very confusing.
*you couldnt order half pints only pints, inwhich you have to pay for!
*TALKING TO PEOPLE!...... MANY ALSO had issues, but kept quiet & couldnt be bothered!
*one couple had the jaccuzzi room & said it didnt work.
*LOCALS.... know the food is bad as they get hotel customers complaining, but say its good for their business!
* LOCAL PEOPLE .... are lovely !! Glad they get hotel buisnees as hotel do not care!!
*MANAGMENT......say they want to
help but do NOTHING !! Also when informed them of bad reviews & people commplaints they responed with WELL THEY ARE A TYPE OF PEOPLE !!!! (This response is shocking, which is why we feel we need to write this review!!!) just patronised to move you on. & things just kept happenimg. At end the manager offered us 20% off to go back to see how they will improve! P*** O** !!!!! No money back from food whilst there, no discount! No common sense !! No customer service or care to their paying customers!!
It jius depends what type of person you are & what you want from a hoilday to whether you want to ignore this review. We do ignore some reviews ourselves & gave this hotel a chance ! Wish we HADNT !!!

Terrible : Not as expected (4 stars not in line with experience)
Hotel looks outdated and poorly maintained; garden / outdoor space unkempt with visible mess / waste. Construction nuisance due to works next to the hotel (not mentioned).
Arrival 11:00: early check-in requested for a fee, no follow-up; at 15:00 the room was not ready. Late check-out first refused “full”, while Booking showed 3 more luxury studios with jacuzzi (screenshots); after follow-up until 17:00 for €40
Jacuzzi: was still cold filled, only after ±24 hours hot; no water quality measurement, no maintenance / check → skin irritation.
Breakfast little variety; dinner low quality..
Communication short; we lacked hospitality.
Boulevard Hersonissos is currently largely wharf/demolished; former cosiness greatly reduced (not the fault of the hotel, but relevant).

Breakfast could be a bit chaotic and maby some bottles of water for the room would be nice, other than that our stay was very good.

Beautiful hotel , try lovely friendly staff , dining was very good , rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday, pool was lovely and sunbeds were very comfortable
