excellent location, clean, great value, good breakfast. Older but in better condition than many hotels at a higher pricepoint

The hotel is quite basic but clean, well decorated and maintained. The rooms were not huge but absolutely big enough with a good shower in the bathroom. We had a sea view which added to the experience. Traffic noise is a bit of a nuisance but with the window closed and the a/c running, the room did not overheat and the noise was all but inaudible. Staff were very helpful, breakfasts were buffet style but good choice. The location was excellent for visiting the sights of Heraklion.

Top beach location balcony views! Power shower. Nice double bed. AC. TV garbage. Breakfasts okay. Old retro hotel offers nice welcome stay.

The room was ideal for a one night stay.
Great location. A bit dated.
We were lucky to have a parking spot in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast.
Would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at three hotels on my last trip to Greece, they were all good but Kronos was the star.
It had a good air-conditioning, good wifi, a great shower with fantastic water pressure and a really good breakfast buffet (the yogurt is particularly good).
It's also located in a very beautiful and convenient part of town. There's really good restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel. The Venetian castle, historical centre and bus to Knossos are all less than 5 minutes away.
But the best part is the staff. They respond to emails promptly, are courteous, speak fluent English and were available to assist whenever asked asked. Kronos hotel is a true hidden gem amongst Heraklion hotels..
