I had a great week at this family owned hotel. Daskalio beach is an awesome place to swim and snorkel. The water and cliff beaches make for great exploration. Yon need a car.
Internet is very basic you need your own esim. There are a number of great local restaurants around. This is not a Riverina experience, it is place where the locals enjoy the beach. The hotel food is authentic home made greek. I had great meals. Be patient and Come with right expectations and you will have a great experience. One of the best weeks I have had in seaside Europe.

Uncomfortable stay but great view

The location is spectacular and the views are wonderful. The hotel is old though and the mattresses uncomfortable. Bathroom doors don’t close well so there is no privacy and the smells escape, as there is no bathroom window. Windows are old and no mosquito nets. Restaurant overpriced. The staff were lovely. I wouldn’t come back, it needs to be fully renovated.

Dascleio Beach There are nice people

In Daskalio I discovered in a relatively small hotel the amazing Mr. Thodoros owner and good cook there Two days with him was a life experience very difficult make friends once I meet them. Very clean rooms homemade food very good prices. Thank you our new friend we will be back soon.Samaros and the Frankopulos

We found Daskalio after a couple cancelled ferries threw a wrench in our travel plans. Although it was not in our plans to stay there, we chose it because of the sea view and it far exceeded expectations! The rooms are simple but have everything you need, and the pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The area has many walkable beaches and a few taverns we found, as well as a good restaurant in the hotel itself.
What really stood out to us, however, was the incredibly kind staff. They accommodated our every need, and welcomed us back when our second ferry was cancelled. They cooked us great dinners and breakfasts, and offered plenty of water for the room.
Another highlight was our taxi driver the staff called for us, Kostas. Kostas really turned our bad moods around and he offered to take us on a tour of the town for a very small fee. He is a gem and I highly recommend using him for transportation.
Overall, we had a great experience at Daskalio Beach Hotel and I truly can’t recommend it enough! Thank you guys so much for everything.

A small and pleasant surprise

Due to bad weather we could not take the ferry and found this small family-run hotel, with a vintage flavor. They were really cute and very attentive to our requests. There was also a great discovery: cooking. Dad - who is also behind the stove - prepares delicious things.
