Best place I have ever stayed
Everything was amazing from start to finish, we felt welcomed the second we arrived at the facility. We stayed for 6 nights and every night was so enjoyable, easily the best place I have ever stayed at. At first it seems “pricy” but once you tally up the 3 meals a day and endless drinks and snacks by the pool/beach it is so worth it. The staff were super attentive and all round amazing. The WhatsApp chat is great so you can talk to the reception directly. I will be staying here again. Great choice of restaurants over the resort and we stayed in the standard double room and it was perfect. Cannot fault this place.

Ikos - Overrated
We booked the hotel with high expectations.
Firstly, the service, 10/10! I cannot fault the service. All staff very nice, well spoken and will go the extra mile to help you.
We stayed on a Junior Panorama Suite. The room was average at best. Definitely not a 5 star. Small bathroom and the decor was poorly done.
The food…. Biggest disappointment. I’ve stayed in better 4 star hotels for food. We tried two A La Carte restaurants and both were below par. The buffet “flavors” was ok. A lot of the meat was covered in sauces. Breakfast choice was good. Desserts were not very good, very creamy, tasteless.
The pool was very clean, very quiet, which was nice. Most of the sun beds were stained and looked dated. The pool drinks were nice, however, the pool food was disappointing, cold and tasteless.
I wouldn’t go again! The Ikos hype is definitely overrated.

5* Swimming Club - Highly recommend
Would highly recommend the private swimming lessons at Ikos Dassia. Philip (swimming instructor) is fantastic, he has a wonderful temperament to teach children and instantly bonded with our 3yo son. Our son made excellent progress throughout the session. Every time we looked over he also had a big smile and was having a really fun experience while learning. Thank you!

A very special thank you to Yannis, whose professionalism, warmth and personal attention made our stay exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.
And a heartfelt thank you to Christian at Enoteca. His professionalism, genuine kindness and impeccable service made our evenings there truly special. My daughter was absolutely delighted by his wonderful way of taking care of guests — he made every dinner feel elegant, comfortable and memorable. We are also deeply grateful to every single member of the Ikos Dassia team — from the gardeners who keep this beautiful resort so breathtaking, to every member of the guest service team, including those working quietly behind the scenes whom guests may never even see.
