Unbelievably perfect experience
The most amazing all inclusive hotel I have ever experienced - the room was incredible - seven 5 star restaurants - the beaches were impeccable and Peter, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and actually met us when we arrived - unbelievably perfect experience - 10 stars! A must visit.

An Unforgettable Second Stay at Ikos Dassia
This was our second visit to Ikos Dassia, having also stayed at several other Ikos resorts over the years. We’ve never had a bad experience with Ikos, and returning to Dassia certainly did not disappoint.
From the moment we arrived, we were looked after by Yiannis, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay — no request was ever too big, and everything was always sorted with a smile.
A special mention goes to the manager, Timos, whom I first met years ago when he managed Ikos Andalusia. He has looked after our family ever since, always remembering my daughter’s name and going the extra mile for us. He continues to be exceptional, and it’s clear his leadership sets the tone for the amazing staff throughout the resort. Credit to him for building such a wonderful team and experience.
The restaurant staff were full of personality and made every meal memorable — particular thanks to Pantelis at Anaya, Erini at Fresco, and Mariona at Ouzo. The housekeeping team were also incredibly kind to my daughter, and their service was exceptional throughout.
At the Deluxe pool, Adrian, Sasha, and Alaria always had our drinks ready and waiting the moment we arrived — a small touch that made a big difference.

Fabulous Stay at Ikos Dassia
We have just returned home following a fabulous 7 night stay at Ikos Dassia. I do not normally write reviews but I feel our Ikos holiday certainly warrants it.
This resort is special! The staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely efficient. They cannot do enough for you and each member of staff goes out of their way to make you feel relaxed and well looked after.
We booked a promo inland room and we were allocated a room on the 5th floor at the back of the Sea Building. It was a lovely room, beautifully decorated and although we overlooked the road we were more than happy.
Ilias from Customer Services greeted us on arrival and helped arrange our restaurant bookings for us. He was a real standout member of staff for us, always checking in to make sure we were having a good time and just adding those special touches to our stay.
We ate in all the restaurants and found all the food to be delicious and full of flavour. It is hard to narrow it down to a favourite as they were all fantastic in their own way, but we loved, Provence, Kerkaya and Fresco in an evening and lunch at Enoteca.
We also enjoyed parasailing through Ikos water sports ( an extra charge) which was great fun and well organised. We went into Corfu Town on the hotel shuttle service and also enjoyed the Sunset Cruise and Wine Tasting.
We enjoyed our holiday so much we have been back a day and we are already looking to book again for next year! I think that highlights how much we loved it!

Ikos - Overrated
We booked the hotel with high expectations.
Firstly, the service, 10/10! I cannot fault the service. All staff very nice, well spoken and will go the extra mile to help you.
We stayed on a Junior Panorama Suite. The room was average at best. Definitely not a 5 star. Small bathroom and the decor was poorly done.
The food…. Biggest disappointment. I’ve stayed in better 4 star hotels for food. We tried two A La Carte restaurants and both were below par. The buffet “flavors” was ok. A lot of the meat was covered in sauces. Breakfast choice was good. Desserts were not very good, very creamy, tasteless.
The pool was very clean, very quiet, which was nice. Most of the sun beds were stained and looked dated. The pool drinks were nice, however, the pool food was disappointing, cold and tasteless.
I wouldn’t go again! The Ikos hype is definitely overrated.

Kindest staff and awesome facilities! Food and drinks were incredible. You have to know what to ask for, but once you know what’s available they’ll get the moon for you!
