FINGER AWAY FROM ZEUS APARTMENTS!
CAREFUL! I SUSPECT FRAUDULENT INTENTIONS!
At first the landlord didn't want to give us a room (although everything was empty), only when we had booked on site through booking.com, it was suddenly possible. We had to leave the apartment after one night because the bed was so bad that sleeping was almost impossible. A hard mattress on a wooden board.
A change to another room was also not possible, although the house was empty. The landlord speaks only Greek, an entertainment was almost not possible.
The thesis is that he receives the full amount via booking and then if something does not fit you have just been out of luck. I offered to pay 2 out of 4 nights but he refused to give me 50% back.
The “kitchen” consisted of a refrigerator on which stood an electric kettle and 3 plates.
Other apartments in the area are closer to the sea and - as in the area practically all - are very accommodating, nice and straightforward.
SO BEST TO KEEP YOUR FINGER AWAY FROM ZEUS APARTMENTS!
