Holiday in Corfu...

Nice location very close to the sea with pebble beach
swimming pool and sunbeds available
Owner very kind and attentive to guests' needs.
Comfortable beds, the third bed is unfortunately a small sofa bed more suitable for a child than for an adult.

It's a nice place if you're looking for a quiet, private area.
There are a lot of beautiful beaches in a 15-20 km area, or you can stay at the local beach in Acharavi, which is not crowded at all.
I recommend the 2 bedroom apartments, because they have a better view (sea view) and bigger bathrooms than the studios.

Disappointing

Well we booked through booking.com based on all the lovely photos on their web page. What was not made clear at the time of booking was that as we were "only a couple" we would be allocated a pokey little ground floor studio at the back end of the site with a "view" of a scabby bit of garden. The owner was not even remotely interested and basically just walked away. In the end we cut our losses and found somewhere in Acharavi for the 3 days we were staying there.
So, if its just the two of you and you want a nice sea view or inland mountain view, do not stay here.

Dear Mr. Parsons.
We have several guests through Booking.com that the last 4 years stayed at the Ell Studios in the second building. Nobody of those has a similar complain, beacuse our description on Booking.com is clear. The Elli Studios does not have sea view (like the family apartments), but only view to the pool and garden. But they have a private gazebo with sofa and table (in front of the studios) from where you can enjoy the view to the sea and the sunset.
Additionaly it was not possible with only less than 120,- Euros for 3 nights to have a suite-apartment...
Having an experience over 18 years like Tour Operator in Corfu, I have learned to respect the requirements of my guests...but these requirements must have a logic...Happy New Year!!

Lovely relaxing quiet base. A stone's throw from the beach. Pity basics weren't provided (oil salt pepper etc) as staying for a week hardly warrants buying them. My luckily two tavernas close by...

Room was clean and property manager was amicable however he neglected to tell us to turn on the hot water. No instructions were in the room. The shower was a hand held sprayer with no way to hang the sprayer and no shower enclosurer, just the pan to stand in. We had ants in the kitchen. No soap or hangers were provided. Very rural area.
