Quaint and comfortable luxury in Corfu Town

This is exactly the type of hotel I love to stay in when I visit Europe and the Med. We stayed here for 3 nights. It is owner-run with pride and enthusiasm. We took 2 rooms, one on ground floor with its own entrance and another on the first floor with a little balcony. Airconditioned in a beautifully renovated Venetian-styled building.
The rooms are very comfortable; modern where you need them to be and with character to remind you where you are and bring you closer to the soul of the place. The rooms are obviously spotless too with every amenity including fabulous Nuxe bath products. The murano glass lamps are a lovely nod to the town’s Venetian influence. Well-designed and spacious. House-keeping is top-notch.
Front desk staff are exceptional and always smiling and eager to help. You get to know them on a first name basis. They offer good advice and assistance. Alexandra makes a delicious breakfast, which is really the best way to start the day. Great Freddo Espresso and cheese pie, always delicious and fresh.
The location worked perfectly for us. Minutes from the airport, as everywhere in Corfu town is (but no noise). We taxi-ed into the town when it was hot and walked back along the coastline promenade when the temperature was cooler at night. We rented a car and explored the island.
We absolutely loved it at Acanthus Blue. And we had a ball in Corfu. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and all the staff, particularly Christopher, were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing too. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

A delightful hotel in Corfu town

What a delightful hotel - we stayed here for 1 night after our BA flight had been cancelled.
The rooms are very comfortable and stylish with beautiful interior accents.
The bathroom was spacious and modern and the bedding was luxurious.
Breakfast is all prepared freshly in house and was by far the best that we had during our stay in Corfu.
All in all a perfect hotel with great staff - well done team!
We would definitely love to come and stay in this lovely oasis again.

We had the hotel for 1 night stay in Corfu town before flying back. This hotel was perfect. So clean, and decorated so nicely - uniquely. within easy walking distance to the fort and bars and shops. staff were brilliant, nothing to much trouble. food was amazing. highly recommend.

Fabulous boutique hotel!

Acanthus Blu is amazing. Wonderful check in by the manager. Utterly charming. Super courtyard . Delicious breakfast. Great rooms which were beautifully presented and scrupulously clean.
