Soggiorno stupendo!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Our room was spacious and located directly on the Venetian Harbour, with a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the sunset. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, making every morning truly special.
A special thank you goes to Velia, who was incredibly kind and always available to help us with anything we needed. Her warmth and helpfulness are a real added value to Pandora Suites. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely love to return!

Beautiful hotel. View from reception is stunning. Patio garden is sheltered and pretty. Very nicely kept.
Check in was delayed. It was a Saturday and we weren't in a huge rush but we'd been contacted via hotels.com to check what time check-in we'd like ( was advertised as 1pm, so we asked for 1pm.) It was nearer 4pm by the time our room was available. We'd have been really cranky if we'd just stepped off a plane. Luckily we'd only travelled up the road but still an annoyance. Don't advertise 1pm check-in if you can't honour it
Breakfast on the roof was lovely. Just enough variety. Lady making coffee and serving juice was very pleasant. Variety of eggs/cereals/yoghurt/ham/cheese and tasty little breadsticks and sweet cakes and biscuits. Location couldn't be better. One street behind main harbour walk. mini supermarket nearby for water etc. Wouldn't advise for limited mobility visitors- steep, poorly-paved route up road to front door, then hard steps to reception and 2x flights up to breakfast on roof terrace.
In summary... great location, basic but tasty breakfast, very pretty, grown up hotel!

Fabulous property with clean & comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Walk to area along the water- perfect location. Staff were very friendly. Would gladly stay again!

The staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly, and were lovely people! Highly recommend this location, it’s close to everything, has a wonderful view, great breakfast, and nice rooms!
