A GOOD SOLUTION
We stayed in this Hotel x 12 days and can confirm this bed before our booking. Beachfront hotel near the center of Chania reachable on foot in about 20 minutes or by scooter (ideal solution adopted by us) in 5 min.
The area directly on the sea is still served by many Local and Restaurants also of Good Quality (here I report only KERTOS where we had dinner x 2 times) of which I will write in other reviews.
The rooms are comfortable, unpretentious, but clean and complete with everything (ours, number 4, also had a kitchenette).
Our bed was equipped with Topper ... VERY COMFORTABLE. Daily cleaning and towel change every 2 days.
The only thing that can be improved if you want, breakfast: Essential, with little variety and repetitive. Slices of bread to toast, 2 types of jam, honey, yogurt, American coffee and Milk brick x the sweet part.
Boiled eggs, olives, two types of cold cuts and a type of cheese, tomatoes and feta x salty.
Watermelon and melon.
This ALWAYS x 12 days without the possibility of using the Bar is even present, not even x an espresso.
Said qsto still remains an Ideal Solution also x the quality / price ratio.

Satisfactory choice
Hotel located in a good position, in the seaside area of Chania, directly on the beach. Even if there is another building in front, from the terraces you can still have a nice view of the sea and the seafront. A pleasant 15-minute walk will take you to the Venetian port and the old town. In August you need a little patience to park your car, but in the neighboring streets we always found a place. The room was discreet, the bathroom nice, new and with window, only the kitchenette rather dated and very little equipped. Breakfast was not one of those you remember but it was acceptable. They are very strict on schedules, no access to the breakfast room even a few minutes before. All in all, considering also the good price, it's a choice to redo.

Nice hotel! Family-run hotel.
We arrived late in the evening, was greeted by a friendly and smiling employee (who later turned out to be the owner). was referred to a room and when we entered the room, it was cool as the air conditioning was on, the room was with refrigerator and a large terrace and a view to the beach. It was clean and nice.
Every morning there was fresh bread, fruit. and being able to eat on the terrace was a big plus in the warmth.
If we had questions the staff was always ready with answers and help. A special thanks should be given to the son who was always ready to help us.
My wife and I enjoy our stay at the hotel and this is not the last time we stay there.

Great family owned hotel in Chania!
Great location to Old Town so out of busy area but close enough to walk. Lots of restaurants close by. Had great room with deck on 2 sides and view of sea. Steps to beach...friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Bed was not so comfortable as very hard but room was good size and clean. Great value for $$$. Recommend for family run hotel on beach!

Excellent value
The room was small and the bathroom tiny but for £39 including breakfast it was such good value for money for two of us. It’s a few steps from the glorious beach and we had a gorgeous sea view. The breakfast was ok apart from the cold coffee. Typical continental with meat cheese cereal eggs toast and cake. It was a beautiful 20 mins walk to Chania centre walking along the waterfront. There is no parking but we managed to park on the roadside about 150 m away. I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay but for a cheap night or two it was fine. Absolutely loved Chania.
